We had the best time staying at this VRBO. Lori, the host was extremely kind and helpful when we needed something. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Plenty of room, bedroom was big, bed was comfortable, living room had plenty of space. Loved the hot tub and used it every evening. The grounds are so luscious with so many plantings and the 100 year oaks. Even the owner's dog, Grover was a delight to have around! She had coolers in the closet if you wanted to use those as well as beach towels to use. You are in very close proximity to everything downtown as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We would most definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fabulous! Beautiful, clean, everything you need is provided, and its conveniently located to downtown. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. Highly recommend! Lori is awesome and very responsive as well!!!!

The pictures do not do it justice! This place is beautiful. It's feels super secluded even though you are just a minute from everything. The amenities are excellent. Lori and Gary have thought of everything for you!

Honeymoon in Paradise

This place is amazing the pictures dont even begin to show the beauty of the grounds and out apartment was beautiful as well. It was quiet close to everything u can even want to do. We will absolutely be back here Lori is very quick getting back woth you everything was so smooth with checkong on it was stress free in everyway. Highly recommend to everyone!!! Loved the turtles too!!!!

Island Oak Apartment

Had an exceptional stay at the Island Oak upper level apartment. The space was clean and fresh, with higher quality finishes and appliances throughout (no dishwasher/oven in this one). The front door opens to a small foyer with laundry closet, and open staircase leading up to the apartment. Bed was comfortable, and the bedroom balcony was great to have. Towels, beach towels, and thoughtful kitchen items for just about everything you need to cook a meal were provided. The property was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub, let alone the landscaping and lush environment. Really a great tropical retreat to take a break from the beach and hang out. They provided two bikes for our use, and we biked into downtown a few times in about 10-15 minutes. A shared grill is also available to use. The hosts were very thoughtful and friendly, and helped us with recommendations of local places to go. Loved our stay here, can’t wait to get back!

My husband and I have been married for over 50 years. We are boaters and beach lovers. Dunedin has so much to offer to our visitors, from beaches to wonderful restaurants . Shopping downtown Dunedin is a must .
