The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and en suite. The secondary bedroom has a fun theme with 2 double beds and a TV. Roomy living space, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar. The large balcony is a great place to chill out and people watch or gaze across the street at the ocean.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, except for the locked owner's closet, where we keep our supplies.

-There is no elevator.
-Must be 24 to book.
-We are not responsible for issues with the pool or other on-site amenities that we cannot control. We will try to inform guests of any upcoming maintenance, however.
-We provide a set of towels per guest, bed linens, and a starter pack of essentials such as TP, paper towel roll, hotel size soaps, etc.
-We recommend you pack/buy your own supplies as needed, including beach towels.
-For security/safety/insurance reasons, there is a ring doorbell beside the front door with capability to record audio and video. We do not monitor this device unless there is reason to, such as a suspected unauthorized pet, report of party, injury, trespassing, etc. Please do not tamper with the device. We will get a notification if this device goes offline or if it is tampered with.
