1110 Summerwind Cottage
This sweet little cottage is located in the Summerwind neighborhood, where the giant Live Oaks blow gently. It is conveniently located just 1 mile from the main Seabrook Island Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf courses. You and your family and friends can make lifelong memories while being close to so many of Seabrook Islands great amenities. Hop on your bikes and take the short ride to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset over the Edisto River. Ride in the other direction to North Beach where you'll enjoy open sands and maybe even see the dolphins strand feeding. This cottage is perfect for your Seabrook Island vacation!
Enter this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage kick your shoes off and unpack your suitcase! The cottage has an open living concept. The kitchen is off to your right. It is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area's large wooden table easily seats six. A wonderful spot to gather for the evening meal and chat about your day at the beach. The living area is welcoming with a large sectional sofa, 55" Smart TV. You can access your favorite Netflix shows on your account. Head out the sliding doors to the large screen porch. A great spot for both al fresco dining or gathering for some conversation. Two large ceiling fans keep you cool and Edison lights twinkle through the night. The glass topped dining table seats six. There is a rattan sofa and two chairs.
On one side of the cottage you will find the master bedroom en-suite. A king size bed and large Smart TV welcome you each night. Sliding doors from the master lead out to the seating area of the screen porch. Attached to the bedroom is the master bath. The vanity area is separated from the tub/shower area. Two guest bedrooms can be found on the left side of the cottage. Both bedrooms share a hall bath with it's tub/shower combo. Blow dryers are provided for your convenience in both bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. A second guest bedroom has two twin beds and sliders leading out to the back deck.
The laundry with its full size washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. Your (1) furry four legged doggie is welcome at the cottage. (20 lb. limit) and additional pet fees are applied at booking). On the back deck is a propane grill for you to use. The carport has a seating area with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower for washing off the beach sand.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities. What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Lovely Stay at Seabrook
This home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. My family of four enjoyed our week-long stay here. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and relaxing on the screened-in porch. The kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing Vacation
Seabrook island is so beautiful. This was my first time to South Carolina, I honestly wish I could move there now.
The interior of the house looks better in person I felt at home staying here.. The bathrooms, and kitchen are updated from the pictures. The Kiowas fully stocked. I enjoyed eating my breakfast on the screened in porch. All day I hear the sounds of loctus, and birds chirping. I love it!
We took a trip to Cypress gardens, and Charleston, and Folly beach. I love the shops in Charleston.
We are at the Pelicans Nest. It is right on the beach. Are waitress was wonderful.
The beach is beautiful. Sunsets here are amazing.
I enjoyed the beach club pool, although it was a tad crowded.
Thank you for having us. Seabrook island is like a slice of Heaven.
