La nueva y hermosa Grand Venetian es un complejo de seguridad privada con piscinas infinitas interminables circundantes y que revelan una impresionante vista del océano y las montañas que rodean la Bahía de Banderas y la ciudad de Puerto Vallarta. Las tinas calientes se unen a todas las piscinas. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Los camareros le servirán bebidas refrescantes tópicos y comida local en el bar mientras se relaja en el sol en la piscina.

Un corto viaje en taxi de taxi te enviará a una multitud de restaurantes y actividades que forman parte de la experiencia de Puerto Vallarta.

El condominio cuenta con una impresionante vista del mar y el centro de la ciudad de noche y de día. El invierno trae las ballenas jorobadas en la Bahía de Banderas y delfines se puede ver nadando en el océano.

Wonderful!

The Grand Venetian is a wonderful place to stay. Amazing view of Banderas Bay. Beautiful pools. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Many great restaurants with easy taxi rides to and from.

Fantastic stay

My husband and our daughters/sons in law stayed for a week at Jerry’s lovely accommodation. The location of the Grand Venetian property, and Jerry’s unit within it, is excellent. It’s an easy Uber ride away from all the food options in the old town & Costco for stocking up, and a quick walk to La Isla shopping next door. We had an amazing view in the unit but weren’t so far up in the tower that the elevator was ever a problem. The condo is very comfortable, fully equipped in every way, so spacious, and everyone had a very positive experience. The terrace is awesome with nice furniture, and we spent a lot of time out there as well as at the beautiful pools. The local manager, Joshua, was extremely good to us and immediately available. Our communication with Jerry was great too, as he’s quick to respond and easy to work with. We’d love to come back and visit again. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry the owner and Joshua the property manager were very responsive and helpful! I have stayed at Grand Venetian a few times before and as usual the experience was fabulous!

million dollar view

just got home from 5 nights in this beautiful condo with 2 of my friends - this place is so worth it! the view on the huge balcony is amazing, the rooms are spacious, beds comfy, and located in a quiet area with busier options within walking distance. the pools and ocean are nice to float in all day, and a cab ride to all the hustle and bustle is about a 5-10 min cab ride away. the only cons to this place were having to have a key vs a code to get in - its hard to carry a key on u when ur going for a swim in the ocean LOL. ;( the jacuzzi jets don't work as well and BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER. we were NOT told by the property manager when we arrived that only the initial rolls are provided - which is SUPER important to mention, don't u think?? also, security is like fort knox there and they will constantly be asking ur room number or name as u come and go. all in all great place to stay and would DEF come back! thanks jerry :)

Next stop Iowa!?

This lovely condo was perfect for my husband and me, accompanied by two adult daughters and a boyfriend. It is beautifully decorated, and very well supplied. The only things missing are a potato masher and a teapot. The bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms are great, there is even a walk in closet for the master bedroom. The enormous hall closet was crammed with extra towels. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The views are spectacular. There are four pools on the grounds and each one has a slightly different temperature, so you can always find somewhere comfortable to swim. Of course, you can play in the ocean too. Stay in front of the Grand Venetian. Locals seem happy to ignore the sign warning about crocodiles in the river beside the condos, but we were cautious. We spent hours lying by the pools reading. If you run out of books, there are a few in the unit, as well as lots of copies of Our Iowa, a beautiful glossy magazine extolling the beauty and diversity of Iowa. I had never even thought of visiting Iowa in the past, and now I really want to go and see all the places shown! The staff at the gate are all so nice and helpful. The restaurant by the pools is a great place to eat lunch if you don't feel like cooking or going out. Take the bus into town for 7 1/2 pesos. Wonderful places to eat in Puerto Vallarta. For a great steak, just cross the street to La Vaca Argentina. Fantastic. Our leftovers provided more than enough for another dinner the next night. I highly recommend Los Veranos Canopy tour ziplining. I am 57, and it was a real thrill. The staff were great with meticulous attention to safety. We also had a super whale watching tour where we saw dozens of whales up close and spent the evening watching a sea turtle lay eggs and helping hatchlings into the water. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to everybody. We would love to come back, but with the Canadian dollar...

If you love the ocean, this place is for you.

Being an East Coast guy who now lives in the Midwest, I try to visit the ocean whenever I can. This is the place to do it. The condo is huge. A large great room with comfortable furniture has a wall of sliding glass doors that create a huge open, outdoor living space. The master bedroom also has a wall of sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean. I slept every night listening to the surf. Two other large en suite bedrooms with private balconies. The kitchen is well-equipped and the private laundry room made packing for the 11 day trip very simple. A fourth bedroom was initially designed as a servant's quarter but Jerry has it decorated in such a way that a kid would love it as a private hideaway. The property is well maintained and you have a selection of pools or stroll right out to the beach and enjoy the surf. There is a snack bar by the pool that serves very good food at reasonable prices. The staff are attentive and the property is secure with 24 hour guards, but I don't think the security is all that important as I always find PV safe with friendly locals. Communication with Jerry before, during and after the trip was prompt and he clearly explained the check-in. The property manager quickly responded to any of our questions. I can't comment on how any problem was handled because there were none but I am confident they would have been handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

Our second vacation at this beautiful condo was even better than the first!! Spectacular!!

First, please read my first review of this wonderful property (stay 1/08/2011). I was pretty enthusiastic then, right? Nothing's changed! Our second experience, in May, 2012, was shared with family, and it was everything you could want a family vacation to be. We have already booked for 2013 and can't wait to get back!

Perfect!

We stayed here from December 31, 2011 to January 7, 2012. We had two couples and two teenage girls. It was absolutely perfect for us. We've been to PV many times before, but the place we normally stay was booked for NYE. This turned out to be great because the Grand Venetian is wonderful. So much privacy. Huge, huge huge condo. Great pools. Spent a lot of time at the pool and on the balcony. We saw dolphins from the balcony and pool every morning. The restaurant/poolside drinks are great. Great prices and good food. Had lunch there a few times. In the morning around 9-10 there is a man on the beach that yells "Muffins!" at the top of his lungs. It sounds sketchy but the muffins are delicious! Freshly made, and 20 pesos. Had several. Also, this place is in a perfect location. The beach is humongous in front of the condo and the Holiday Inn next door offers a lot of great activities. We loved kayaking! Dolphins swam right around us. Most of the vendors stay at the Holiday Inn so if you don't like vendors, great. And if you do, it's not far to buy something! I recommend swimming in front of the Holiday Inn area if you want to swim the ocean, because something about the depth in front of the condo brings in larger waves. We went downtown at least once a day. Usually a $5 cab there, $10 back. It was a perfect vacation. This place is great!

Jauary Friends Getaway

My friends and I visited Puerto Vallarta from January 14 - 22, 2012. Let me tell you, this condo is everything that is advertised and more. We enjoyed many sunlit mornings on the deck with beautiful ocean views and warm breezes. The accommodation was perfect for our group bevause we were a fairly diverse group requiring seperates spaces for pprivacy purposes an a large common space for group get togethers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Pools are excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The booking process was painless and very simple. Thank you Jerry for sharing your piece of heaven with my friends ad I.

Very nice condo

Our family (4 adults, 3 kids ages 2-8) stayed in Jerry’s condo from 12/22 - 12/25. Due to a Denver snow storm, we extended our trip for 3 nights and were in need of a solution quickly. Jerry was very quick to return my call and get me set up with his local property manager Jared. This was our first stay at the Grand Venetian and we really enjoyed it. We have stayed at 2 other well known condo complexes in PV and everyone agreed that this was the most kid friendly and our new favorite. Primarily, due to the heated pools and onsite playground. Aside from the complex, Jerry’s condo is very nice and is also kid friendly. It was extremely clean and well decorated. Everyone loved the color scheme on the walls and the furniture. Also, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at the house. The beds were also very comfortable. Last, there was plenty of hot water for everyone. This is important, as most large groups tend to get ready around the same time for a night out. Thanks Jerry.

Fabulous condo, wonderful vacation!

We stayed at this condo for 8 days, during the Pan Am Games in Oct 2011, and are so thrilled we did. The condo was beyond my wildest dreams. I had seen the photos, but when we arrived, and the glass doors were fully open, and the breeze was flowing through, with the view of the pools and the ocean below, it just took my breath away. Working with Jerry to make arrangements for renting the condo was very smooth. And he set us up with Jared & Cindy, who live in the building, and manage condos. We felt well cared for. The condo is on the sixth floor, and it's a corner unit, so there is a wrap around balcony at the front and back. Master bedroom faces the ocean with an amazing view, large TV, bathroom with double sinks, plus walk-in closet! Back bedroom has two double beds, with wrap around balcony, and a view towards the marina, where you can watch cruise ships arrive in the morning. The third bedroom has an enormous king size bed, large TV, small balcony, and another bathroom. Finally there is a small bedroom in the back with a single bed, and another bathroom. Kitchen is great, and comes equipped with everything you could want. The living room and dining room are simply fabulous. Lots of room for relaxing and spreading out, and another large TV. Balcony has a large table with four chairs, which is great for breakfast each morning. Plus there are four very comfortable lounge chairs, for relaxing and enjoying the view. And finally ... your very own hot tub on the balcony, in front of the master bedroom. We tried it one night, and it was quite fun. There are four pools. Two normal size pools, and two gigantic infinity pools. They are amazing. We were in them at least twice a day. The view of downtown PVR is beautiful, especially at night when the lights are twinkling. We enjoyed maragaritas and nachos from the bar / restaurant at the pool. And we totally enjoyed a massage under the white shelter, right at the edge of the water, between the condo and the Holiday Inn next door. Watch for the "muffin man" in the morning, as we wanders the beach and sells delicious muffins. There are lots of other vendors, for whatever you need. Staff at the condo were always extremely friendly. They often called a cab to come up right up to the door to pick us up. We usually took a bus to downtown, and found it very easy to get around. Thanks Jerry, for allowing us to share your slice of heaven. We would definitely love to come back again!

Hi, personally this was our first time renting with VRBO and Jerry the owner can tell you how scare I was LOL!> but we are soo happy we rented this WONDERFUL place, we stayed 5 nights and I wish we could stay longer, our time in PVR was amazing and big part of that was thanks to Jerry for sharing his condo, I could tell you that his place it's way better in person that in the picts. Believe me! the views were breathtaking, you have views from every single corner of the condo, from beach to pools to marina to mountain views, we even experience some dolphins swimming close to shore in from of the condo, beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean, roomy, furniture is modern, you have everything within walking distance, can't wait to go back

Puerto Vallarta Has Never Been So Beautiful

Having vacationed in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta on a regular basis for the last 15 years, we have stayed in many places, including "all inclusive" resorts and hotels (without kitchens). Then we happened on this impressive website, and were so impressed that we decided to book a two week January vacation. We were not disappointed. In fact, we were amazed! What a gorgeous condo! It looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, has a beautiful view, beautiful pools and grounds, and a friendly, helpful staff. Its fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare fresh seafood (the selection at Costco and Walmart, only minutes away by a 40 peso taxi ride, is remarkably good and impeccably fresh). And PVR's outstanding restaurants are all accessible as well. If you've never been to Puerto Vallarta you will love seeing it from this clean, new, and beautiful condo. If you've been there many times, as have we, you'll never see it better than from here. The owners, Jerry & Susie, made certain we felt welcome and were so helpful in so many ways. Our advice: stop surfing and BOOK THIS ONE! You won't be sorry. You'll be writing the next glowing review!

Relaxing Vacation

The accommodations are fantastic - new condo, fully furnished with an amazing view. One of my favorite parts of the vacation, was having my morning cup of coffee on the balcony while I stared out at the morning sun and listened to the ocean waves. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The wait staff at the pool provided great customer service. There are several pools and they are taken care of and clean. Taxis are easy to get from the condo. Either a bellman or the gate guards will hail one for you. Even when I was at a local restaurant, the waitstaff would get me a cab. This made getting around PV very easy. I WILL be going back and staying at this condo!
