Beneteau - Oregon Beach Vacations

Located in the popular Dory Point Land Development "Beneteau" is a private oasis for your next getaway. Featuring a large fully fenced yard, spacious open floorplan, and an updated kitchen this property is perfect for groups of up to 8people!

Directly adjacent to a massive city park area, that is home to dozens of hiking and biking trails, you can walk out of the front door directly into exploring some of the the pacific northwest's native pine tree forests.

The main level has a Half bath. The LIVING ROOM has a TV/DVD, stereo, gas fireplace, games, books, kids toys, and looks at a wooded area. The KITCHEN/DINING ROOM is fully equipped, has a table with eight chairs, three bar stools at the breakfast bar, a high chair, and opens out to the south patio.

UPPER LEVEL has the PRIMARY BEDROOM with a king bed and an adjacent full bath with a whirlpool tub. The SECOND BEDROOM has a twin trundle, two bunk beds, double futon, and TV/DVD. The THIRD BEDROOM has a queen bed and an adjacent full bath that connects to the second bedroom. The FOURTH BEDROOM has a queen bed. Laundry Room.

The PATIO has a gas BBQ, 12 yard chairs and a fenced back yard. Double car garage with a foosball table. Park 3 cars.

Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

Great for family get away

The space was perfect for a multi-generational get away. Good for togetherness, but enough room to get some space. Thoughtfully stocked with choice of games, beach gear, and good kitchen supplies. Foosball and bikes were a great addition for the tweens. We also appreciated the easy walk to town and beach.

Welcome Retreat

This property was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was too windy to enjow the firepit, but ....We hiked and went to the beach, bbq'd, played games and ate too much. Our dog loved it all too.Thanks for a delightfully exhausting trip!

Great place for families.

Would have been perfect if dogs were allowed and the wifi password that was sent with the access info was not correct.

Perfect getaway

House was great and perfect size for our family. Really enjoyed walking the wooded trails right next to house and short walk to the beach through neighborhood across the street. Only complaint was the futon was broken so couldn’t be used as a bed but other than that really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean, which I really appreciated! We enjoyed the soft new carpet and leather furniture. There could’ve been a few more things in the kitchen. (e.g., more than one cutting board, at least one nice pan that’s not non-stick as we steer away from those, especially when they’re old and scratched, a cookie sheet)—and a waffle iron with waffle still stick all over it was in the pantry —but there really was nothing else wrong with it! It was a great place and i would stay again.

Great spot and house for 2 families to share. A few things made our stay less than perfect. There were painters painting the outside of the house while we were there - with no warning or communication from the hosts. Also, some of the bedrooms did not have window coverings. This was especially hard for kids sleeeping on the top bunks in the bunk bed room.

Fantastic location and excellent home base

Property was even better than described. Fenced yard easily kept our dogs in and with the grill and fire pit in back still had plenty of room for 5 kids plus dogs to run around in. Park adjoining was a nice bonus for hikes in the woods with views of the ocean as a reward! Easy beach access for all, from 5 to 68 year old! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about a repeat later this year. Bedrooms, bathrooms and rest of home was great as well. Total of 9 people stayed, 4 adults and 5 kids. Kids bedroom was great for all of them to sleep(?) together and play when not at the beach or backyard.

Pet friendly and great WiFi

Check in process was easy. We loved having the fenced yard for the dogs. Location of the house was easy to find and walkable distance to the beach and restaurants. We were able to settle in and enjoy our time in Pacific city with no issues. Just a suggestion to add more usable pots and pans for visitors to use and a bigger cutting board. TV in one of the bedrooms may need new batteries in the remote. Other than that, house was nice and well maintained. Strong WiFi connection was awesome as some of us had to work during our trip. Thank you for being dog friendly, we hope to return next year!
