Ideal para 2 familias, tranquilo pero cerca de la playa!

Esta moderna casa está ubicada en el desarrollo muy tranquilo y privado de Dory Pointe a solo minutos a pie de la playa. Ideal para dos familias con 2200 pies cuadrados de espacio, 2 habitaciones principales (camas queen) y 2 habitaciones con literas dobles. El patio trasero es el sueño de un niño con arena y estructuras de juego y retrocede al área boscosa con un sendero hacia el parque de casas rodantes.

El garaje tiene bicicletas para toda la familia, juguetes de arena y sillas de playa. Enjuague después de un día en la playa en la ducha al aire libre cercada con agua caliente ... enjuague a los niños mientras lo hace. Deje que los niños jueguen al ping pong y al futbolín mientras hacen una parrillada de su pesca fresca del día (¡o lo que sea la tienda de Cape Kiwanda!).

Bonito televisor de 42 pulgadas en la sala de estar para ver películas nocturnas (gran selección de DVD disponibles), los dormitorios principales también tienen televisores.

The name of this spot is right - PERFECT. The backyard was the best and so great for our little ones. Great to have bikes to bop around quickly to grab a bite or go to the beach. Just really fell in love with this house and PC. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Best Pacific City beach house for families

I have been visiting Pacific City every summer for 18 years, and this property/home has been my favorite! We stayed here with our infant and toddler, as well as our friends with their toddler and 6 year old, and it was such a great house for us as well as the kids. Very roomy, clean, and great backyard for the kids to play. Prime location in terms of being a quick walk from the market, restaurants, and the beach. Hope to stay here in future years!

Loved everything about this house, it was perfect for our family of 7. Backyard was amazing, my toddler grandchild loved it! We had so much fun and we will definitely stay here again.

Great winter beach visit

The house is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, and anything you might expect you would need at the beach. Games, movies easy walk to beach and pub. We will definitely book again.

Perfect location!

The house was perfect for our two families and provided enough space and privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the amenities including the ping pong and foosball tables! The property was very conveniently located and only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Great vacation house!

This house was fantastic, perfect for our weekend getaway. They layout of the house was really conducive to a two family vacation. It was clean, well maintained, and had lots of extras to enjoy (games, books, movies, kitchen basics, etc). Close enough to town and the beach, we just walked each day. Perfect beach getaway for family!

We loved our beach vacation at this wonderful home! The house has a great layout with lots of space for all ages. The location is ideal, with the forest right off the backyard (so fun for kids/teens!) and the ocean and restaurants 5-10 min away. We visit Pacific City every year and always find new things to do. We loved morning hikes up the hill behind the house and going kayaking with Nestucca Adventures in town. House was nicely stocked with amenities and it was truly a great stay. We hope to be back!

Great Family Home

This home was for my self and a family of 5 who have 3 young children. It was nice being a little away from the beach both for safety and weather. There were high sea warnings and storms most of the week we were there. The home proved to have enough to do on bad days the children never felt like they missed anything. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms is a definite plus. The only down side was several lights in the kitchen were burnt out. It made it difficult to see in the pantry and cook in the evenings.

Awesome Week!

We just spent a week at this house and the experience was very good. We spend at a minimum of 3 weeks in Pacific City each year as it is our little piece of heaven. This was our first time renting this particular home and we were not disappointed. There were 6 adults and 3 kiddos, ages 12 years, 10 years and 4 months. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We cooked in a lot so we loved the kitchen, the propane barbecue and the fire pit. We always bring wood to have at least one bonfire on the beach but we were able to have several fires in the firepit for smores! We utilized the bicycles in the garage as well as the beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was very clean upon arrival which is always a plus. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach, The Pelican brew pub, local market, and coffee shop. One of the owners, Victoria was very easy to work with when we ran into an issue. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Special Pacific City Beach Stay

Between COVID and the wildfires smoke, we(2 couples) had already cancelled 5 vacations in 2020 so were thrilled to arrive to clear air in Pacific City. The house was perfect as it was big enough to spread out and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the little Cape Kiwanda community with plenty of longer walks on the beach and into town. The wooded area behind the house also provided a nice walk and kept it very quiet. There are two complete master suites upstairs so lots of privacy and quiet. The 3 1/2 year old with us was absolutely ecstatic about the bunkbeds. She chose the "pink room" and when we discovered the toy closet, she thought she was in heaven. There was also a large bin of sand toys on the back patio and bikes of all sizes in the garage. The kitchen is well-stocked and there were plenty of extra dishtowels and bath towels in the linen closet upstairs. (We have rented condos or houses in the past to find we only have 3 or 4 dishtowels to last the week). We cooked most of our meals there but also enjoyed eating at the Pelican and the Meridian--both were excellent. We found everything we needed at the Kiwanda Market and Chester's groceries. Would definitely recommend this rental based on the house layout and amenities as well as the location. **Note--due to COVID restrictions (which will change of course), the little playground at the RV park was closed and many of the Oregon hiking trails are closed but the sand dune area at Kiwanda was available to climb and hike.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful trip to Pacific City. The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. We had two families and we each had our own big suite with bathroom plus the two rooms with bunks. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The kids used the boogie boards. We all enjoyed the bikes. The fire pit at the back was great. The walk to the beach was quick and direct. Having the extra chairs and beach towels was awesome. The beach was one of the nicest we have seen. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Another great summer

This was our third (or maybe fourth??)summer staying here and once again- it was fabulous. No complaints. House is beautiful. Location is perfect. Pacific City is a perfect place to spend fun, quality time with family. Love the tide pools, climbing the dune, making s’mores at night in the fire pit out back, taking walks, doing a puzzle at night with the fireplace on. Can’t wait for next time!

Wonderful house in Pacific City!

Our stay was such a lovely experience. The house is very large and spacious and fully equipped with any household need we had. Most rentals feel like a hodge podge of random household items and you nearly always have to bring stuff from home. This was not the case, there were beach towels, extra blankets, great kitchen pots and pans, games, DVDs, toys, books (kids and adults), beach toys, beach chairs, bikes… Added bonus was the beautiful trail behind the backyard with fire pit that led up to a sweet viewpoint of Haystack Rock at the top of the mountain. We can’t wait to stay again!

We are a family of 4 with 2 now adult children who have grown up in this home and on the beach. We have owned this home for about 20 years now and still love every moment we spend here.
We live just 3.5 hours away in Bend, Oregon and visit any chance we get. Over the years we have been able to share our home with other families making memories here as well. I think this is one of my favorite things, having families come back year after year and loving this beach house like it is their own!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We've owned our beach house for 20 years now, we love the Dory Pointe development in Pacific City, it's safe for the kids to ride their bikes on the quiet street and backs up to beautiful BLM land with trails. We now have a great skate park just down the trail too! It's close to the beach and the Pelican Brewery but not too close that you lose your privacy. We take many trips here together with friends and always come back refreshed from the good ol' Oregon Coast. We love Pacific City, it is so laid back, no hype, we're sure you'll love it too!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is just special. We back up to a beautiful forest with a relaxed patio and sand back yard but you can walk out the front door and be on the beach in just 5 minutes! It is super comfortable with lots of little designer touches and complete with cozy beds and linens. We love our home and take great pride in keeping it special for all the other families who stay here too.
