Unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing in this kind private getaway just minutes from Frankenmuth. Watch the sun set from the back patio or relax in your own private hot tub. You can also swim in the heated inground pool (Memorial Day Thru Labor Day). You can spend time together making memories in the 2 large living spaces or recharge in your private bedroom. All the bedrooms have their own tv and fireplace. Located less than a mile from Frankenmuth and about 5 miles from Birch Run.

Water pressure in 1/2 bath was bad, found dead lady bugs under our pillow, dishes weren’t put away from previous guests, furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

The house is really nice and an amazing location. Loved our stay and the view from the back windows is wonderful. It's perfect for a small family and a visit to Frankenmuth.

Check in information was provided fairly last minute which caused a little bit of anxiety coming in from out of state but host was responsive when asked about it. House was nice and clean but pool deck and yard could use some maintenance. Checkout instructions were not overly complicated like some other stays which was appreciated. Great location just south of downtown.

Great place to stay, if you want to explore Birch run and Frankenmuth. House was clean and kid friendly. Host was prompt with his responses. Property had a few minor issues with the sinks and cleanliness of hot tub (there was dirt in the bottom). Other than that, we enjoyed our time. Thank you, Brett!

This VRBO was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, almost walking distance from Bronner‘s (if the weather was nice.Kitchen was well stocked and house was decorated adorably for Christmas. BONUS: lovely fireworks show for new years.

Great Location

Hot tub and the location are amazing! It was clean and comfortable! Beds and pillows were comfy! I only gave a 4 star because there are a few minor maintenance items that need to be attended to:)

Perfect Location, but...

Many things are not well maintained at this property. We loved the house and it had a nice layout for 8 adults to stay in, sleep, and hang out. We were very much looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but they were both filthy and were not able to be used. The yard was VERY overgrown and there were pool chemical bottles all over the place. We also only had about 6 towels for all 8 of us staying. There were no dishcloths in the kitchen either.

Great location close to everything Frankenmuth has to offer. The house was clean and well equipped. The host was responsive to all our questions/needs. Loved the pool & hot tub. Accommodations were as described and fit our party perfectly.

Christmas wish

My mother and stepdad use to take us to Frankenmuth every year as kids. My stepdad recently passed away and my mom wanted to do something that reminded her of him, so we decided to do a two day stay in the Frankenmuth area. This property was very nice, clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Up under the kitchen sink needs repair, but other than that I had no complaints. Our booking was last minute and the communication with the owner was swift and smooth. I can't wait to book again in the summer so my children can utilize the pool in the back. ❤️

Awesome Location

The location of this home can not be beat if you want to be central to Frankenmuth and Birch Run but want a quiet neighborhood to stay in. We loved having a pool and hot tub for this stay as well. Overall the inside of the home was adequately stocked, clean, and the sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. The downside of this rental is that there are certain aspects of the home that are not well maintained. The backyard offers great features for a young family like us but it was hard to relax fully with the overgrowth of weeds all around the pool and the playset. At the time of our rental there was fence panel that was broken. Other minor things: the front steps are not secured to the ground and wobble when in use, the bulb in the fridge was out, the bathtub stopper did not keep water in the tub, the hot tub jets were not functioning.
