Get ready to relax in this remodeled1923 house located on historic Jefferson Street, a picturesque area with historic homes. Ideal for walking to brick-paved Front Street, the perfect spot for shopping or dining. Getting around town is best on foot, but a short drive to Front Street is an option. Parking is free but during events may be hard to find. Enjoy the horse- drawn carriage tours or riverboat ride, always a favorite. Take a short walk or ride to all of the festivals and activities Natchitoches has to offer. Shop and take a stroll along Cane River.

Great location - close to everything

Beautiful 100+ year old house. Very well maintained and the owners were very responsive to our needs. Close to downtown, Melrose on the Cane, Alligator Park. Also close to great restaurants. The house is great for family group time or some time to yourself. Would easily stay again.

Great stay

We had a great time with our friends and family celebrating our daughter's graduation from LSMSA. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Great location, a short walk from front street, safe, historic neighborhood, and few blocks from the Steel Magnolias house, just amazing.

We went for the Christmas lights. The house was decorated beautifully For Christmas. It was clean and beautifully maintained. The outside was exceptionally well decorated with Lots of photo ops.We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful home, great location

Well maintained and kept neat and tidy. A nice bottle of wine was left out for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was enough space for all 7 adults and two cildren under two. The central location was really convenient- a 10 min walk past several historic homes to the riverwalk.

Out of a Hallmark Movie

My family was there for my dad’s 80 birthday. We enjoyed the Natchotiches Christmas Festival too. This home was even more beautiful than the pictures. The host thought of EVERYTHING we could possibly need! The house was decorated SO Beautifully!!! I REALLY loved the blue sunroom! I would definitely stay there again.

Can't Wait to Return!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos showed, yet so comfortable! Our family gathered there from across the country for Christmas. Great sleeping areas, beautiful bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen and that beautiful dining table where many, many Uno games were played! Morning walks to Front Street were a bonus! Thank you for making our trip home such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to return!

thanksgiving weekend

Everything was great, the house, the beds and everything we needed was there, the only complaint I have was there was no TV in a common area for us all to watch the games Saturday night. other than that we had a great time and really enjoyed the house

Moms 60th Birthday

This house was absolutely precious and in a wonderful location within walking distance downtown. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Although the house was a little warm even with the AC and fans on, it was still a perfect stay. Everyone talked about how wonderful and beautiful it was. The house was decorated and had beautiful artwork throughout. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to be back! Also the host was fantastic with any questions or request I had!

This was our first time staying at this property. It was perfect. It was a great location. Beautifully decorated. Easy to get to. Cozy. Clean. And had all the right touches. First class. Will definitely look forward to our next stay. Felt like home. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Lovely Home

The house was great and worked well for our work team meeting. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms (only one stand up shower). There is covered parking for two vehicles and plenty of parking for two additional vehicles. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table in meetings. We ate our meals at the smaller breakfast area table. The house has a ton of room. We used the kitchen for meals and found it adequately supplied. Great location, great home, productive team meeting.

Birthday Christmas festival

The house was perfect for our stay! The owners were very prompt responding to a minor issue with the air conditioning. The beds are extremely comfortable!
