Cooking here is a pleasure, with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, gorgeous concrete counters, a beautiful wood island, and all the essentials you need to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. The dining table and stools at the wood island provide the perfect space to gather for homemade meals or takeout from one of Carolina Beach’s many local restaurants. The open layout keeps everyone connected, and when the weather is just right, take your meal out to the screened porch and dine al fresco.

Primary Suite #1:

This suite has direct access to the second floor balcony, which provides a view of the ocean as well as the bustling main street of Ocean Boulevard!

Guest Suite #2:
A cozy Queen bedroom with a view of the expansive, grassy backyard area. This bedroom shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Guest BR #3.

Guest Suite #3:
A fun and comfortable Queen bedroom, also connected to the Jack & Jill bathroom, making it ideal for kids or friends traveling together. This room has direct access to the second floor balcony, which offers a view of the ocean as well as the bustling main street of Ocean Boulevard!

Primary Bedroom #4:
(First Floor Primary BR/BA): Another spacious primary suite with 2 Queen Beds, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the first floor deck, where you can enjoy reading a book, people-watching and salty breezes.

Extra Bathroom:
A half-bath on the main floor, off of the kitchen, provides extra convenience for your group.

Restrictions:
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
- Non Smoking/Vaping - if evidence is found of smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, guests will incur an additional $200 charge for additional cleaning
- Firepit is decorative and not included in rentals
- No Pets - there is an automatic $250 penalty required if there is any evidence of a non-service animal being brought onto the premises and the pet will be required to immediately be removed, otherwise the reservation will be canceled without refund and all guests will be required to leave. Only certified Support Animals trained to perform tasks that help people with disabilities are allowed, but this requires proper paperwork of certification as a Disability Support Animal. This paperwork must be submitted to property manager and approved no less than 14 days prior to check-in date. If this paperwork is not provided with at least 14 days' prior to check in, the property manager reserves the right to charge the pet fee or to decline or cancel the reservation.
- No parties - if there is any evidence of a party, there is an automatic $200 fee for additional cleaning
- Property Manager is not responsible for maintenance for onsite Grill. Please read owner instructions located at the property carefully. If the gas tank is empty, it is the responsibility of the guest to refill.
- Inside fireplace is decorative only and not included in rental.
- Summer Season Saturday check-in only
- In the summer season (June 1 through August 30), a 7 night minimum stay is required
- The maximum number of people allowed on the premises and/or staying overnight is 10. If any more than 10 people are on the property at any given time, there is a fee of $50 per additional person, per day. If guests are caught attempting to sneak additional people (beyond 10) into the house, this may be grounds for immediate termination of stay with no refund.
