Beach views- Less than a minute walk to the beach!

This beautiful newly built home is perfect for your beach getaway. It has all the amenities and will be your home away from home. It's 3 houses from the sandy beach. Your private deck provides beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets.

Spend the day at the beach, and then come home to a covered BBQ area, picnic table and plenty of seating for a relaxing evening of dinner, drinks, and games.

LIVING AREAS

Relaxation comes easy in a welcoming Great Room. The family room is detailed with a 70” flat-screen TV and a full/queen sleeper sofa. There's also board games and puzzles to enjoy.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen bolsters all of the essentials to cook every meal for your family. There's a Keurig machine and Regular coffee pot.

Four can keep the chef company at the kitchen island. When it’s time to eat, share meals at a Gulf-view table for eight.

You can also enjoy AL fresco dining on the table and chairs outdoors.


BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the family room.

Sleep soundly in the master suite, featuring a king-size bed and 60” TV and walk-in closet. The sparkling en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is equipped with a King bed and dresser. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds and dressers. All the bedrooms feature 60" flat screen smart TV's.

The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Each bathroom has a blow dryer.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Let Gulf breezes soothe you on the balcony, equipped with 4 chairs where you can enjoy the picturesque views of the Gulf!

Dine alfresco at a picnic table on the covered patio downstairs and cook delicious meals in the new BBQ. The BBQ area features a mini fridge/freezer, 2 sinks and a wine cooler with plenty of counter space.

Outside downstairs features an outdoor cold/hot shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi.

There is parking for up to four large vehicles or 6 smaller vehicles.

Linens/sheets, pillows, comforters, bath towels, beach towels are provided.

We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, k-cups for the Keurig, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to get you started.

Great house!

We stayed at this awesome house with our two daughters and their families. It was perfect for the eight of us! Close enough to the beach that even the preschoolers could walk it. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners thoughtfully leave beach things for their guests to use such as chairs and boogie boards. My husband fixed delicious burgers on the Traeger grill/smoker. We will definitely go back!

I absolutely loved this property. The location was amazing and we had a very short commute to the beach and it was close to the grocery store which is a plus. The checkin was super smooth and the property is exactly as shown. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quick getaway!!

Great Home!!

The home was very clean and spacious. It is very centrally located being close to The Big Store and Bulk Ice. It was a short distance to get onto the beach, which was very convenient. There were basic essentials provided, and also there were games to play for rainy days. They also have a really nice bar area downstairs if you like to entertain. I reached out to the host a few times and she was always responsive. We would definitely choose this house again for our next trip to Crystal Beach!!

This place is absolutely perfect!! It is spotless, the furnishings and decor are beautiful, the location is fabulous, and the check-in and out procedures are simple and easy. Great time in Crystal Beach!

Perfect for up to six adults. Quick walk or drive onto the beach -- 2 minutes. The house was laid out just right and was very clean. Had all the basics but would need to grocery shop just 5 minutes down the street. Only a few restaurants on the Peninsula but they were very good. Only drawback was the stairs, but if you want Crystal Beach, you're gonna climb a flight to get to the living quarters. We would stay here again if our travels sent us this way!

Beautiful property with great location

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space. We brought groceries and cooked/grilled our food. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house is very close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a beach getaway

This house is beautiful, very clean and fully stocked with everything you may need. We brought our own mixer and bbq tools but didn't even need to pull them out as the house already had them. Great location, easy beach access, very open and roomy. We will visit again. Lisa, the owner was quick to respond to all my questions.

This place is amazing!

If you’re looking for an amazing place to be with family and friends, this is it! This home is new, very clean and spacious. Several times I thought I needed to go to the “Big Store” and pick something up, but sure enough, if I looked around, it was already there. They furnished the house with everything we needed. Come here to relax, play games with the family, or watch movies you have wanted to catch up on with the large TV and surround sound. At night have a fire on the beach, make smores, and listen to the waves. On a non-cloudy night, the sky is filled with stars. You can see the beach from the house, it is just a few hundred feet walk away. The Big Store is up the road with a full grocery store, gas, and Ace hardware. They have everything, including a very nice greeter that says “Heeellllo.” When you go you will know what I mean, and it will put a smile on your face. This is a laid-back town, no need for fancy outfits, or makeup. The bars and restaurants don’t look fancy, but the food is amazing. Enjoy the pizza and baked potato bar at the Tiki, seafood enchiladas at Tia Juanita’s, and crab nachos at the Stingeree. The first level outside grill and cooking area is something we now want to build at our home. Complete with sinks, gas grill, wine fridge, mini fridge, and freezer with tons of space to entertain. I would suggest renting a car, one that you can take onto the beach- get a $10 pass at the “Big Store." We hope you enjoy this home as much as we did.

We live in Arizona with our 5 boys, and have always loved traveling and visiting different beaches. We love Texas and have been looking for a property close to the beach for awhile. After visiting Crystal Beach for the first time, we knew we had to find a place to buy here.
