Take in spectacular views from the private waterfront balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Guests will enjoy being just minutes from the beach, as well as beach and lagoon access.

Showcasing bright coastal decor, the condo comes well-equipped with all the essentials of home. Featuring upgraded granite counters and a full suite of major appliances, the kitchen comes equipped for easy at-home meal planning. Enjoy casual downtime and evening entertainment in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was okay cleansiness wise. The unit is older and did have some wet spots. Also there was a board cracked on steps. Great location it just needs an update. (Couch and chairs). Also Bed squeeks in second bedroom.

Gulf Shores Vacation

We had an absolutely enjoyable time at The Landing102. It was a nicely decorated condo, perfect for 4 adults. The washer and dryer was a big plus. We really liked having 3 TV's. One in each bedroom and the living room. Without a doubt the highlight of the condo is the porch. Really nice furniture, outstanding view of the Gulf. We spent many mornings and evenings out there so peaceful. I also think worth noting the pool was clean and just big enough overlooking the Lagoon. We did like the easy access to the Gulf and the beach was not overly crowded. It was a laid back, relaxing week that was enjoyed by all. We definitely look forward to going back. Thank you Vacasa

Very clean, great location, easy access to beach. The best of both worlds, with the beach in front and the pool/lagoon in back.

Good times

We enjoyed our stay at the landing 102, easy parking WiFi and cable provided which helps. Pool in the property overall pleasant spot good comfortable beds and spacious living room area with dining table two coffee machines keurig type and regular type , great spot for a small to med family. Best girls trip!!

The condo at The Landing was the perfect place to stay for our beach trip!! It is located right across the street from the beach, has pool access, gorgeous views from the balcony, and all the amenities one could need in a place to stay! We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be making a trip back staying in the same place!

Great place!

It’s a prefect place to go to relax. You get the best of both worlds at this location with beach access right across the street with a beach view. And in the back you have a pool and access to a beautiful lagoon with a fishing dock!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I loved the view from the front deck. We sat out there from sunset till bed time and loved feeling the breeze and listening to the waves crash. There was barely any traffic so it was very peaceful. The pool never had anyone down in it. There was mostly people on the dock fishing or passing through to fish. We basically had the place to ourselves. The walk to the beach was very close and easy access.

Awesome!

My 4 friends and I stayed here for a week and we loved it! It had the perfect amount of space and all the necessities were provided! The balcony was huge and had an awesome view! It was just a short walk across the street to get to the beach which was perfect! It was also just a short drive down the road to all the main shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! I will definitely stay again!!

Gulf Shores, Easter 2023

The stay was great, but not without a couple of issues (one minor). The room was as advertised; clean, stocked. No problem, I would rent again. However, the key-less entry / door lock was not functional AGAIN (at least according to a note left in the room by the previous renter), and the issue took hours to resolve (a material key was made available). The material key / back-up plan should have been shared with me prior to check-in, to insure a hassle-free check-in. (These rentals ain't cheap ;-) The only other problem (minor) was beach access. The condo we rented was across the street from the beach, and was advertised to have use of a private beach access (pictured on the web-sight). The private beach access was a walkway between two condos, which has a locked gate. No key was provided for this gate. However, this was not a major issue as a public access was only about 75 yards further. So not a big deal, but aggravating when you're carrying beach stuff.

Our new favorite spot at Gulf Shores

Perfect location and close to the beach, just a short walk to public access. The unit itself was very clean and met and exceeded our expectations. You can see the waves from the deck and the skylights gave a lot of natural lighting which complemented the unit. Absolutely no complaints, we hope to book this unit again in the future.

Pre-Anniversary Getaway

This property was exactly what we needed. The size and the layout was perfect. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We love the fact the bathrooms were showers instead of bathtubs. Exterior bonuses was the pool overlooking the lagoon and the huge pier on the lagoon for fishing or just enjoying the view and night air. Direct access to the beach was the best and no crowds. It was roughly 40 steps and worth every one for what’s inside. The Landing 102 “Shores beats Work/Home”.

Highly recommend

This condo was super clean! Beds slept great! Kitchen had all things we needed and more. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in showers. We had a great view of the Gulf without paying beachfront price. Have been going to Gulf shores for a decade and never had an easier walk to the beach. Also loved cooking burgers on the community grill while family swam in the pool and fished off of the brand new dock on the lagoon. Great spot for 6 or less people!
