Awesome Condo!

We loved staying at this condo. The location was fun as we could sit on the lanai and watch the golfers on Hole 7. It's also very close to the Cayman Pool. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well organized and well stocked. We had an easy check-in (love that we didn't have to use keys!) and we were able to easily communicate with the owner. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella are provided so just come and enjoy the pool/beach!

Excellent

Very nicely taken care of. Lots of cooking supplies and linens. Thought of everything! Close to the pool, good parking spot. Terri (our contact) was responsive and very nice to help us any way she could. Loved the bike paths up and down the island. Fun to watch the golfers from the inside. Beach is less than 100 yards. We would definitely come back here again.

January Escape

Kitchen was Well equipped,and unit was in a quiet environment. We were pleased with the quick response from the property Manager regarding a few problems. All were resolved quickly, and she made 2 special trips to the unit to address the issues. The unit was very close to one of the heated pools and the ocean. We could not have been happier and have already booked for next January.

Mixed weather experience

Nice comfortable - not fancy- ground floor condo well equipped in terms of linens, towels, kitchen stuff etc. Chair collapsed under me one dinner time - had to go out and but an Allen wrench to fix the garbage disposal.

Best Visit in 15 Years

My family and I have vacationed at Ocean Village in Hutchinson Island every summer for the past 15 years. This has become a second home for our kids. Over the years we've stayed in a number of different condos, getting a feel for them as we might want to retire here someday. We've finally found the one we will return to! This condo was perfect for our family. Ocean Village has all the amenities our family loves - golf, pools, beach, gym, etc. (Disclaimer - a number of things were down and we weren't aware until we arrived. The main pool at the Tiki Bar is closed for several months as it was damaged in the hurricane. Near the end of our trip the entire golf course was shut down for 3 days to aerate the entire course). But the difference maker this year was the condo. It was perfect for us because it's located at the back of the 7th green. My son and I played 522 holes over the 3 weeks we were there (this was the primary reason we come) and it was so simple to get a round started when you could just walk out your back patio and walk to the 1st tee (or step up to the 8th if nobody's playing through). My wife was happy because we're right next to the secondary pool and only steps from the beach. On top of all this - Terri was absolutely fantastic. She responded to every one of our texts or phone calls immediately and was such a pleasure to work with. Absolutely loved her. Can't wait until next year when we get to go back!

We didn’t want to leave!

Our two bedroom/two bathroom condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. First floor access was perfect and unlike some first floor units which can be slightly damp and mildewy, this condo was fresh and dry. Our host manager was quickly responsive to our questions and the couple of small issues we had were resolved promptly. We had a great vacation, just wish we could have stayed longer!

when we got there problem with direct tv, but Terri the property realtor was on it from start to finish and got us set up as quickly as she could. Thank you terri for being so helpful and helping to make our stay that much more enjoyable. We loved the community and will be back again, we just feel we would benefit from a 3 bedroom unit, other than that we loved it there and my whole family felt the same. thank you!!

Very clean, Everything was top notch

This place was spectacular & I'd definitely recommend it. The place was spotless clean, bed & furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of activities in the community all while being right next to the beach. I can't say enough good things about it and you definitely won't regret staying here.
