Thank you so much for your review!!! We LOVE ocean village which is why we bought this unit but because we still work full time, we cannot stay there much and need to share it with potential guests. The gated community, pools, tennis, golf, and private beach access are just some of the reasons why this community is tops. To be 100% clear, we are the owners, NOT a managemant company. When you book, you get my personal cell phone that is on 7 days a week. I cannot put into words how much it means to us to hear this information. We are new to VRBO and want to prove ourselves to future guests that we will treat you like we would want to be treated as a guest.

Thank you so much for your kind review! Yes, we always LOVE those golf course views. So relaxing! One of the advantages of renting from me vs a company is the direct access if a problem should arise. We are truly a VRBO not a company advertising on VRBO and there is a difference for sure.

We made the decision to keep carpet in the living areas and bedrooms just for walking comfort. It is still in excellent shape and is professionally cleaned every season as well. Everything else is tiled and in really good shape. Cleanliness is priority number one for us. EVERYTHING is washed after every guest but we do not provide cleaning services while you are there. I did explain this upfront and sorry that disappointed you. We have a brand new AC unit and brand new washer and dryer. The refrigerator, stove, and hot water heater all function like brand new. We did remove our garbage disposal due to the fact that a quality one is hard to find. We have replaced the outdated bedspread with a brand new one as well as added bar stools, and phone charging accessible lamps. Our kitchen is adequate to prepare any meal you would choose. Many folks have commented how much they liked that in the past. The balcony in this unit is actually added to the heated/cooled sq. footage to give you more living space and actually makes this unit larger than most in the golf villas. Also sorry that we could not discount this unit due to being peak season. Summer is definitely a more reasonable priced season.
