Summary:
This fun, new 1 bedroom/1 bath tropical themed suite is located in the heart of Slabtown, Traverse City steps away from a favorite local burger joint and beverage store. Slabtown Suites is only minutes away from downtown Traverse City.

The Space:
The modern, open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television. Here for work? No problem, this unit has its own designated workspace.

The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV and walk in closet! The couch in the living room is a pullout that sleeps 2. There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.


NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive TV. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the bathroom.

The property was clean and new, and everything we needed was provided. Quiet neighborhood and excellent communication from the host. Every message I sent was answered within just a few minutes. The condo was perfect for our short stay in TC.

This is a very clean, modern condo. Bed was very comfortable and is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing is the door buttons are very touchy.

Great location, adorable condo!

My husband and I spent two nights at the Slabtown Suites and loved it! Super convenient to downtown by car, bike, or walking! The decorations were cute and the amenities were perfect. The condo was very clean, quiet, and cozy. We will definitely try to book here again!

Fun weekend getaway

We came here for my husbands birthday and Memorial Day, it was great! Perfect distance to all of the fun and beautiful sights around the area. We ended up seeing the Sleeping Bear Dunes, enjoying an afternoon at Mari Vineyards, and eating at several delicious restaurants. We spent a good amount of time just hanging out at the stay, which was great! We’d come back again for sure.

Beautiful Condo

We loved this condo. Bright beautiful and clean. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat. In walking distance or a short drive to all shopping and restaurants. The bay is a short walk away. Just fantastic. We have to add that having an elevator means a lot! Especially when hauling luggage. Perfect stay.

The property is in the perfect location for easy access to almost everything. Unfortunately, the unit we stayed in had a broken down couch( left side sank in so you sat on the frame). This left no where comfortable to sit.

Great Traverse City rental

We stayed for a couple of days while picking up our child from Interlochen. It was an easy drive to the camp and convenient location in Traverse City. A quick walk to the water and reasonable walk to dowtown TC. Everything was brand new and fully decked out kitchen/ bath/ laundry would have made a longer stay pleasant. Parking right underneath the building. The rental agent was very attentive and easy to reach. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and exceptionally clean

The place is immaculate. I've never seen a cleaner nor more "ready to move right in" place. My one complaint? Get sheets big enough for the bed and don't go cheap on paper products...the place is too nice for that. A fantastic spot and I'd certainly stay again.

Don’t let reviews fool you. NOT a clean condo!!!!!!!

Arrived and it smelled horrible! Every counter space, refrigerator, cupboards, bathroom, side tables. The whole place smelled like fish/dirty wash rag. Food splattered on the cupboards. Hair in the bed on all of the sheets. Pull out couch was never cleaned bc we opened it up and it was full of crumbs and receipts. Under living floor was straw wrappers. We spent our 1st hour there cleaning it, which we had to go to the store to get the cleaning products. Tv didn’t work. Literally, the list goes on. I DO NOT recommend staying here especially bc you have to pay for a cleaning fee and the place isn’t even clean! Location is terrible (which we had an idea before we went) and we totally would’ve stayed somewhere closer to town/beach. This was a horrible place to stay for our 10 year anniversary trip. Disappointed but it’s a learning lesson and I hope everyone takes this post into consideration for booking here. Also, I reached out to Riley about all of this and I have not heard back from her in almost a week. Not good communication at all.
