We recently stayed at this azong property and had the most wonderful time! The property was in excellent condition with plenty of amenities. We loved the hot tubs on the rooftop. Even though it was below freezing and lots of snow, they were easily accessible and so relaxing. Our host, Brendan was an excellenet communicator and reached out several times before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in during our stay as well. The property was very clean and close to downtown. We will 100% be back to this property and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown TC!!!

The property was as advertised and perfect for our weekend getaway. The amenities for the dogs made things easy for travel especially for quick potty breaks early am and late pm! Beds were cozy, space had a nice vibe and everything anyone would need or may have forgotten- on hand. Overall the host had everything very well thought out space amenities ect. Host was timely with all information needed and welcoming. Online guide was an awesome touch. E bikes were a cool addition although the weather didn't cooperate to try them out. Maybe next time! We will be back.

Pet Friendly, quiet location. Well-lit outside for nighttime potty breaks for our dog. E-bikes were charged and ready to go. Friendly neighborhood and lots to do in the area. Our host was very responsive! Would book again if ever in the area. Highly recommend staying here.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect for the plans we had. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Silver Lake Dune Buggy, Mackinac Island and a beautiful day of sailing on the bay, The rooftop hot tub was a great bonus after all the walking we did. Brendan was always quick to respond to any questions or needs. The space was clean, and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was altogether lovely. The space was pristinely clean and tastefully modern. Our host, Brendan, was prompt, hospitable, and intentionally communicative. He took great initiative in making sure our stay was the very best it could be. In particular, the e-bikes are what drew us to the listing, and they were such a fun and practical way to travel and enjoy both downtown and partly up the Old Mission Peninsula with the condo being close to both. The rooftop hot tubs are a pleasant touch with at least 10 tubs to choose from. Overall, a delightful stay and would book here again!

Cozy Apartment Not Far From Downtown TC

This apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable, nice location to the elevator and quiet building. Rooftop provided a great space to hangout. Location: I will say while it is an 11 min walk to front street, it's still a couple miles away from the start of the downtown scene. We would park over by Hull park and hike into town to walk around. Neighborhood seems a little sketchy right next door but I never felt unsafe. Check in/out/ communication with host: Excellent, Brendan was very pleasant to work with. Responded quickly with questions and allowed us to bring our dog that was slightly over the weight limit. Overall I'd say it was a great stay and would consider for future stays.

Traverse city is worth the visit

Aside from a few minor hiccups, beyond anyone’s control, the trip was great. There’s so much to do and explore in and around TC. The place was very cool, and the hot tub was super relaxing. A great place.
