Private Veranda | Suite 25 | Medical Transition Housing Near St. Anthony | St. Joseph | Lakewood Medical Center | Lutheran and more.
Mission / Positioning
Suite 25 is Medical Transition Housing near St. Anthony Hospital, Lutheran Medical Center, and Downtown Denver medical corridors. This pet-free residence is designed as a stable residential home base for patients, families, caregivers, Healthcare professionals, medical trainees, and clinical staff on extended assignments navigating longer stays.
Who This Is For
This quiet, low-stimulus residential home base is intentionally designed for the day-to-day lifestyle continuity of:
✔ Patients traveling for active treatment
✔ Caregivers supporting a loved one’s recovery path
✔ Healthcare professionals, medical trainees, and clinical staff on extended assignments
✔ Families navigating time-bound medical transitions, recovery, or clinical placements
Core Value Drivers: Stability, Emotional Relief & A Place to Unwind
Stability During a Difficult Season
Medical transitions rarely follow predictable timelines. Suite 25 is reserved as a stable residential home base rather than a vacation rental, providing privacy, consistency, and scheduling flexibility during changing treatment plans, discharge timelines, and extended assignments.
A Natural Break from Clinical Corridors
Extended medical stays can make life feel confined to appointments and temporary housing. Suite 25 provides a peaceful residential setting that supports decompression, fresh air, and reconnection with everyday life.
A Private Place to Unwind
The emotional weight of caregiving and recovery requires space to process the day before stepping back into the responsibilities waiting at home. The defining benefit of Suite 25 is the opportunity for quiet reflection, emotional breathing room, and a natural transition between clinical demands and personal recovery.
A Humanized Alternative to Temporary Housing
Rooted in authentic Kenyan hospitality, Suite 25 is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and lived-in, helping guests feel at home during an extended stay.

Suite Features: Stability, Independence & A Place to Recharge
Comfort on Your Terms
Recovery, caregiving, and demanding schedules are easier when your surroundings reduce unnecessary friction. Suite 25 supports a calm, low-stimulus environment that promotes rest, focus, and everyday comfort throughout longer stays.
Preserving Everyday Independence
Extended stays should not require sacrificing normal routines. The residence supports day-to-day lifestyle continuity while preserving privacy, independence, and the ability to manage everyday responsibilities without unnecessary complications.
Staying Connected to What Matters
Medical transitions often involve telehealth appointments, care coordination, remote work, and family communication. Suite 25 supports these ongoing responsibilities while providing space to mentally disconnect and recharge when the day is done.
Rest That Adapts to You
Recovery is personal. Sleeping arrangements can be adapted to support individual comfort preferences, recovery needs, and linen-protection requirements.
A Private Place to Recharge
Extended transitions can leave little room to process the emotional weight of the day. Suite 25 provides a private residential environment that supports fresh air, quiet reflection, and emotional decompression between clinical demands.
Everyday Function with Clear Expectations
Extended transitions work best when daily environments align with individual needs and routines. Suite 25 features an upper-level residential layout with a traditional tub/shower combination. Guests are encouraged to review the layout carefully before booking to ensure it aligns with their mobility needs, preferences, and recovery requirements.

Operational Flexibility & Transition Support

Standard incidental safeguards are processed as a temporary authorization hold rather than an upfront cash deposit, helping keep transition logistics predictable.
📋 Booking Requirements
To maintain verified housing standards and a stable residential environment, the following requirements apply to all reservations:
• Identity Verification: All adult occupants must provide a government-issued ID, complete intake verification, and sign a formal Residency Agreement within 24 hours of booking to officially secure the stay.
• Housing Only (Non-Clinical): KFR provides private restorative housing, not caregiving, medical, or clinical services. Guests are responsible for arranging their own independent caregiver support whenever recommended by their medical team.
• Emergency Contacts: Guests may be asked to provide at least two emergency contacts during the intake process for use strictly in health, safety, or occupancy-related emergencies.
• Security Hold & Screening: A temporary electronic incidental authorization hold is required at check-in ($500 standard / $750 with approved pet exceptions). No upfront cash deposit is collected. AMEX is not accepted for this hold. Additional screening or traveler’s insurance requirements may apply based on booking channel or profile history.
• Pet-Friendly Suites Only: Pre-approved dogs and cats (maximum of two) are permitted only within designated pet-friendly suites (17B and 35B) under a signed pet agreement and applicable community rules.
• Booking Integrity: Reservations must be completed directly through this listing or an approved KFR booking channel. We are not affiliated with Houzlet or other unauthorized third-party listing services.
