Experience South Padre Island like never before at this tastefully furnished 2-bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental nestled across from the Gulf of Mexico. You'll a pristine and fully stocked kitchen, beautiful beach views, a private covered balcony, and access to a community pool, hot tub and the beach! Tan on the beach, or simply explore South Padre Island, this condo is perfect for you. You'll enjoy this location with its easy access to several spots you'll want to visit. You have found your spot!

Located in the heart of the Island you're just a short walk to local restaurants, shops, entertainment and of course our sandy beach is right across the street. A quick one minute walk and your toes are in the sand. Parking is located in front of the building. You will have hii-speed wifi and smart TV's are in each bedroom and the living room. Beach towels, beach chairs, body boards along with other beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

.Please note that furniture is bound to change from time to time as needed.

Other things to note
1. We are available through VRBO messenger or a quick call/ text to our cell numbers.
2. This complex does not have an elevator but its located on the second floor so you will only need to climb a short few steps to get to your beach home.
3. Nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.

Stayed for a week with my husband and two teenage daughters for spring break. The place had everything we needed! The location was great, as we walked to most places, and it was steps away from the beach!

This is a go to place!!

Cynthia and Gus amazing hosts. We had a great time, it’s a perfect location, everything is close by, food, drinks and the view of the water. The waves crashing you can hear them at night while sitting on the balcony. You can’t go wrong. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice beach vibe, good location, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was nice with a great little view of the beach. Also had some beach chairs and a wagon. Showers were nice - good water pressure.The keurig dual coffee maker was broken. The check-in instructions were given at literally check-in time so there wasn’t much time to get to know the rules and process, and also was not aware of an early checkin because those instructions were sent out at 4pm day of checkin. All in all great place and experience!

Amazing vacation stay!

The Condo was true to the written description & the pictures, well stocked with everything needed to begin our vacation. Beach chairs/beach towels to cotton balls/q-tips. It was quiet, walking distance to just about everything needed & beach access directly across street from the Condo. Furniture comfortable including beds and master bathroom had a shower I would love to have in my home. We have been staying at VRBOs for many years and would rate this a favorite & definitely a 5 all around. Thank you for allowing us to share your very special Condo.

Beautiful condo with a great location and view!

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Pictures on vrbo were accurate. We found beds to be very comfortable. For the most part the kitchen was very well equipped. We ate in numerous meals and other than a pizza cutter, kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great and close to the beach, restaurants, shops and Gravity park. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that had a view of the beach. The pool was nice too! We had little to no contact with host during our stay because we had no issues. But, I can say they were very responsive any time I had questions prior to our stay. I have no hesitation in renting again.

Great Family Beach Condo

We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years, and this one was one of our favorites! It is so well stocked with everything you need for the beach, for cooking, for charging, etc. The living area is nice and spacious with plenty of room to hangout with the family. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Such an easy walk across the street with showers for cleaning all the things. Also, great location to walk to some fun local spots, ice cream, coffee/bookshop, the arcade, our favorite surf shop, On the Beach, etc. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the bed in the primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. I have never slept on a bed so hard. My husband and I both woke up sore every morning. New bed in the primary and this place would be perfect!!

Fantastic!

Condo and decor were beautiful. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets. Perfect location for walking to the beach, to eat or to shop! This is the first VRBO we have stayed at that provided all kinds of extras, shampoo/conditioner, soap, make up wipes, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (beside food of course!). Oh, and the shower system in the master bath, now my husband wants one just like it! We have zero complaints and will definitely stay again. On a side note: we had a question about the location of the beach chairs and the owner responded back quickly...another plus!
