From March to October every year this beach condo includes a free beach setup, each day of your stay, consisting of 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella.
This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath, highly-rated, low-floor unit is a vacationer’s dream. From the 10 X 27-foot balcony to the tasteful soft colors, this unit is impeccably maintained. The unit has king beds in two bedrooms along with a set of queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. The king-size master suite boasts a sliding glass door providing fabulous views of the sandy beach and gulf. Comfortably sleeps 8. Included with this unit is a beach setup (2 chaise lounges and 1 umbrella available March 15th to October 31st) and a reserved and convenient parking space located in the main garage. From the minute you enter the door, you will be awed by the upgrades and views offered by this beautiful 3-bedroom beach condo. The inviting cool colors remind you that you are in paradise. The newly appointed living room, balcony and dining room furniture invite you to sit back and relax. The patio includes lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a dining table to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast sunsets. After the sun sets, the 55-inch HDTV living room TV allows you to wind down with a good movie. TV’s are also included in all 3 bedrooms. The fully-appointed kitchen includes a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with convenient ice and water in the door, a wide variety of kitchen essentials, and BBQ utensils to help you whip up a gourmet meal! This 7th floor condo is about convenience. It’s easily accessed from the 4th floor reserved parking space via 3 elevators. For those that don’t want to deal with the elevator, it’s only 3 short flights of stairs away from your vehicle.

We had a great week with our grandbabys first beach trip to the same beach her mom loves and grew up coming to with grandparents and family . Best location . We walk everyday to Thomas doughnuts . Just our family tradition

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect with stunning views of the ocean from our balcony. The condo itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The beach access was convenient, and we loved watching the sunrise each morning. Overall, a wonderful getaway that we'd love to repeat!

Family vacation

We could not have asked for any better host or condo to stay in. There was 6 of us and we loved have ample seating inside and also on the balcony. Bonus have the 2 coffee pots for decaf and the caffeinated drinkers. Would we stay again absolutely and hope to again soon.

Spectacular Condominium

Condo is in an ideal location, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and furnished with all essentials. Everything was in good working condition. The balcony afforded the perfect view of the beach, sunrise and sunset. Definitely recommend and the entire family is already excited about our next stay.

Great place!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this condo. Plenty of space for all of us. Staying late July we were worried a little about the elevators but we never had a wait. Scott was great to work and made us feel welcomed. Condo was very clean. We will definitely consider this condo in the future.

What can I say? Beautiful condo! Furnished with everything you need and a beautiful beach ⛱️. I will definitely be back. Plenty of room for everyone and 3 bathrooms.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was beautiful and well stocked with all kitchen necessities. It was just as pictured and was perfect for our family of 8. Location was great and we had no issues with crowds or elevators. Hosts were wonderful to work with. The Tropic Winds is on the quieter end of the strip and we love staying there. The free chairs with umbrella were a nice added bonus.

Excellent property, great Owner, superb communications

Tropic Winds 704 met all of our expectations. With five (5) adults there was plenty of room and sufficient accommodations for everyone to have an enjoyable vacation. Owners were available by phone to address any questions or concerns. Furnishings were available to meet all of our needs. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Close to all of the amenities that PCB has to offer. Best part was the view of and access to the beautiful white sand beaches! Everyone enjoyed our stay and we plan to return.

Perfect Condo for our family

Brought 4 grand kids, daughter and son-in-law last week. This unit is lovely. The beds were comfortable, the couch was great for everyone to sit and watch TV and we found plenty of chairs and beach toys to use. The view from the deck is spectacular. The whole property is kept very nice and clean. We had no issues all week. AC worked great - could've used a few blankets! Never ran out of hot water, even with 6 of us showering and getting ready for dinner! Great location and easy to get to anywhere we needed.

Great Home Away From Home

The property is right on the beach. The place was stocked with beach towels (we had our own), a very nice stacked washer and dryer. There is a Keurig there. Plenty of space for our family. Loved that all couples had their own bathrooms. We did bring a roll of paper towels but also used the ones provided. So many places to eat nearby. Hate that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy more time but the time that we had we will always remember. Wished they had a visitor book for people to sign and write a note in. The patio is very roomy with furniture provided. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. There were several board and card games in one of the rooms. They also had a great deal of beach items: boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and an umbrella. They even had beach towels in case guests forgot them. The balcony was wonderful. Amazing views and sounds of the beach below. The property owner, Scott, was very easy to contact and communicate with during our stay. We had one minor problem while there, and he jumped right in to fix it immediately. Overall it was a perfect getaway for me, my husband, and our parents. 10/10 will recommend, and will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Condo had so many extras! We fly in so our surprises at this condo were beyond our expectations! They had extra beach towels, all kinds of sand toys for little ones, all kinds of board/card games, extra beach chairs, extra blankets, a pack n play for baby, and extra box fans! The condo was clean and ready even earlier than expected! Beautiful condo, love that every bedroom had its own bathroom! Balcony was amazing with all the seating! Great place, great time! I also loved being on the opposite end of pier park! Traffic was minimal! Their is a grocery store very close that had everything we needed for our stay! So we didn’t even have to fight the crowds at Walmart or Target! BIG WIN!!! ❤️
