Our new addition, a modern 2-level, 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Home. Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 2 blocks from the Boardwalk/Ocean .

ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.
All thermostats are set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.
Borough of Seaside Heights has imposed a new ordinance effectively prohibiting young adult or prom rentals. The new Ordinance now prohibits groups and young adult rentals from April 15 to June 30 unless the Guest can verify that at least one person will be 21 years or older and will be a full time guest during the entire stay. No exceptions. Any guest that reserves that does not meet this criteria will result in cancellation of the reservation and NO refund..
During April 15 and June 30:
a) Rental agreement is required with all guests’ names and parents’ names and contact information.
The minimum age to book is 21 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 25 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
To book this property, guests must have a minimum of three (3) previous stays with five-star reviews. We take pride in maintaining a high-quality experience for all guests and appreciate your understanding of this requirement.
