Lots of new upgrades to the condo! New paint throughout, new appliances, new living room and bedroom furniture, new barstools, new large flat screen TVs, and more!

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" SMART HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.


The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.


The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 50” TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.


The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a King size bed. There’s also a 50 inch TV in this large SUITE.

The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bunkbed.

The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 50 inch SMART TV.


The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.


These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

We loved the location. The elevators always at ground level. The condo was beautiful. I hated that I didn't have access to a dust pan and mop to help keep clean.

Our overall stay was pretty good just a few things that made our stay a 3 star review first and foremost let’s start with checking in, it’s hot and you’ve arrived on time for your 4pm check in you have a weeks worth of luggage and you get to your room only to find out it’s not finished being clean and you have to stand outside and wait! Once that was over I get into our room and it doesn’t look exactly like the photos the master bedroom did not come with that Lucious comforter instead it came with a small blanket that did not even cover both sides so I had to pull out a blanket and use it separately to sleep with! The cleanliness was not up to par, hair everywhere! No one opens up the bathroom cabinets and checks those because they were so nasty I refused to put any of my stuff in them I did have to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies because our shower was not cleaned at all it was obvious, hair all in the doorway when stepping in and other unknown things as well as hair stuck to the walls inside the shower and some type of brown substance that I have no idea was it was! So in order to feel comfortable for a week I had to go and do my own cleaning! The couch is falling apart so the leather seam was coming apart and the cushions were no longer fluffy! I had to put sheets down on the couch and lastly the bathroom door connected to the middle 2nd bedroom did not lock and we had 8 people with us so we had to announce no one open the door when someone used it!

Amazing Place to Stay in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was extremely relaxing, all thanks to this amazing condo. We were greeted immediately upon arriving by the friendly staff! Elevators were extremely fast with no wait at all each time we used it. The condo was well equipped with a stocked kitchen, extra beach chairs in a closet, and a reserved beach chair and umbrella that saved the trouble of needing to reserve seats on our own. It was also walking distance to many surf shops, restaurants, and more, making it an ideal location for anyone coming to PCB. We also received a reserved parking space which saved the struggle of having to drive through a parking garage for a spot. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone interested!

Summer Birthday Bash

We rented this unit as a family (6 adults 4 kids) for my mom’s 60th birthday. The good:- unit was clean upon arrival - check in was on time - very spacious enough for 10 people - unit is on one of the upper levels (great views)- couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit - management company is pretty responsive to chat, quicker to get things done if you call themThe other stuff:- some of the blankets smelled like they hadn’t been washed. But this was easily fixed because there is a washer in unit to use - We had trouble with a misaligned closet door when we arrived and also one of the showers was draining very slowly. A call to the management company helped us solve these issues faster than with chat. - we had family using our parking pass who live locally. So they would come over during the day some times to hang out with us. Unfortunately that means other people would use our designated parking spot. We tried to use other spots but of course those other people told us to move our car promptly. I asked management about this on different occasions and they said to leave a note and give them an hour to move and if they didn’t they would help take care of it. Was inconvenient having my family park across the street when we had a designated spot that we already had paid forOther tips:- parking space is under the covered area- when you get to your unit try to check in to the umbrellas (included in the rental) so you can claim one of the front row spots.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious and clean condo. Remodeled and comfortable. No guest closet in the lock out master so bring over the door hooks. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Appreciate the beach chairs. Maintenance came immediately when the fridge stopped and brought a loaner which was not at all in the way. However, finding the problem took awhile and not resolved by end of our 2 week stay. Also, kitchen sink got clogged and my husband finally got it unplugged after waiting on maintenance for a day and a half. It was a gross problem. Marisol complex is kept spotless. Pool is shaded so still very cold in May--wish it was heated. Overall we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to return. No party goers when were there--not even over Memorial Weekend. LOVED IT!

Gorgeous Condo with stunning views

The condo was beautifully decorated creating a luxurious feel. It was immaculate when we arrived. There was ample room throughout the condo for our large family to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The large sliding doors and windows gave way to a breathtaking view of the ocean. We will return!

Beautiful condo

Really enjoyed our two weeks! Condo is nicely decorated with lots of storage area. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony. Shopping and some dining within walking distance. Definitely considering this condo for our next stay!

Beautiful refuge from the cold

Even though our stay was during record breaking cold and snow the condo provided a great place to relax and stay warm. We will hope to stay again.

This place was huge and very nice to stay in. No real complaints except when we got there early and ran into the maintenence man he told us a toilet was needed a new handle that he would alert the owners to and get it fixed. No one ever came and my uncle had to buy a nee handle and replace it.

Great location and spacious condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the condo, the size of the condo, and all aspects of the stay. The only complaints we have are two of the TVs didn’t work, even though someone came to our room to fix the lock on the main condo door while they were there we asked about the TVs and they were unable to fix them and never came back or sent someone else like we were told. The only other complaint we had was that one of the bunk beds linens looked to be soiled with urine from a previous renter, making me wonder how often the bedding is actually washed/cleaned. Otherwise we loved all aspects. I liked the size of the condominium with it being a smaller building compared to others in the area and we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking was very nice. As well as the 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella that came with the room with free set up! Over all a nice condo and I liked the 3 king option in 3 of the 4 rooms for couples.

Excellent Time

The condo was excellent and is beatifully decorated. The condo was very roomy and actually had a stocked kitchen and room to put items in a pantry. The complex is small so the elevator wait time was minimal ( also out of peak season) so that was nice. The parking spot is right below the building and mames loading and unloading easy. The porch had an incredible view, would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing views & location

We could not have been happier with the views, parking, area, & accommodations! The only issues we had were two of the TVs weren’t working and upon arriving we contacted property management and they said they would have someone reach out and come get those operational & they never did. They were in the two rooms our kids were staying in, so that was a bummer at night for them. Otherwise, it would have been an absolutely perfect stay!

Excellent Unit

The unit was beyond amazing. We had a staff of 10 and the unit accomodated everyone very comfortably. Could not.find a mop but everything was well in place.

Family Vacation

Great view of the ocean and lots of space. Loved staying in a corner unit with natural light and bedroom access to balcony. Well equipped with additional bedding. Quiet area and great location to several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to my friends to stay. Will stay here again

Spring break

The condo was clean And very nicely decorated. Beach area was beautiful. Pool heater was not working at the time of our stay so really can’t say much about the pool too cold to go in. Also, if you go spring break, you are not allowed to have alcohol on the sandy beach. Overall, we had a great stay and really the pool coldness would be my only complaint, but the golf was warm enough to swim. Also, for the owner, a couple dimmers for the lights, they are awfully bright in the main living area
