1712 Bluff Villa is conveniently Located in South Beach Marina and is newly remodeled! Be one of the first to enjoy this newly remodeled villa with new floors, furniture, bathrooms, appliances and more!

The Master bedroom is equipped with a TV, King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, newly remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower and farmhouse vanity sink! Additionally, the guest bedroom is furnished with a TV, 2 Full-sized beds and the second bathroom is conveniently located across the hall with a shower/tub combo.

The newly renovated kitchen and dining area offer ample seating for guests with a dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools at the peninsula. The living room features a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and additional seating for guests. Just off the living room, the Patio overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Bluff Villa Community.

This second story Bluff Villa s (stairs only) is located conveniently near the highly sought-after South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines. Guests can conveniently walk to the beach in less than five minutes! The Bluff Villa community has beach access directly in front of the community entrance.

Save even more when you book 1712 Bluff Villa and receive $300 in complimentary daily activities! Your amenities include 2 backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 adult bikes, and admission to dolphin tours. When you're not soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoy daily rounds of golf at 6 local courses with a golf cart included and mini golf for family fun!

*Total number of vehicles allowed is 2.
*This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation.
*Pets are not allowed.
*3-night minimum stay required.
*4-night minimum stay required for RBC Heritage April 16-19, 2026.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 27 nights.
*South Beach Marina Pool is closed on September 5th for the rest of the 2025 season.
*Please note that once the pool is reopened, daily and weekly pool passes will be available for purchase on-site at the South Beach pool during normal pool hours.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice and location was perfect. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend renting bikes as Sea Pines is beautiful to explore. Lots of dining options, shopping and plenty for the kids to do.

Lovely furnishings, comfortable, plus extras like beach chairs and a hairdryer. Super close to the Salty Dog restaurant, general store, and ice cream stand. We appreciated the added credits toward activities.
