Beautiful LAKEVIEW!! BRAND NEW KID CAVE w/Slide!!

Summary:
Lakeview Luxury is the perfect spot for your much needed vacation! This beautiful home is decorated with nautical decor to add to that luxury feel and lake house relaxation you've been desiring! It's perfect spot at the top of the neighborhood provides you with a beautiful view of Table Rock lake as you soak in those vacation vibes from the upper back deck! Then, all the many attractions Branson has to offer are just a short drive away!

The Space:
When you walk through the front door beautiful decor, an open floor plan, and extra little touches will make you feel right AT HOME! Vaulted ceilings make the open living room and kitchen feel that much grander! The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, a blender, crockpot, and everything you would need to cook up your favorite meals!

The main level features the master bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom including a large jetted jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower! The great thing here is ALL 4 bedrooms have KING SIZE beds to provide everyone with the most comfortable sleep as well as your own flat screen, smart TV! The first spare bedroom is also on the main level with an attached bathroom that also has access through the kitchen. All bathrooms are stocked with full size soap, shampoo, and conditioner to make packing that much easier! Then head on out to the back deck for some perfect bbq on our gas grill (propane provided!) and enjoy that beautiful LAKE VIEW year round!!

Next, take the stairs down to the lower level or, if you’d rather, opt for the TUBE SLIDE that starts in the kitchen island!! This indoor slide spirals down to a soft landing mat in our one-of-a-kind KID CAVE!! The Kid Cave features rock climbing walls ready for adventure with a foam matted floor and hammocks for relaxing. Your kids will love it!!

The large living area in the basement is perfect for spreading out, with air hockey, and shooting arcade game (bring your quarters!), and walks out to a screened in lower back deck!! The last 2 spare bedrooms are also on the lower level with a shared bathroom off of the living area! And one of the couches in that lower living area is a SLEEPER SOFA for those two extra guests!!

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is close to all that Branson has to offer yet removed enough to provide the relaxation you are hoping for. Right down the street is the ZERO ENTRY POOL, kids PLAYGROUND, and a gorgeous clubhouse featuring a pool table, poker table, and fitness room! Then the neighborhood hiking trail is right across the street for some nature filled adventure! We are 10 minutes from the 76 Strip and Branson Landing and only 1/4 mile from Table Rock Lake!! There is a public boat launch under 1 mile away and State Park Marina is just 8 minutes away!

Guest Access:
As a guest, you have access to the entire house as well as the community clubhouse which features TWO swimming pools (open seasonally), workout facility, pool table, large meeting area!

The Neighborhood:
For those hot summer days, we are just across the street from the NEIGHBORHOOD POOL! Close enough to grab your towel and walk on over to the clubhouse. The beautiful pool (open mid-May to late-September) features an oh-so-convenient ZERO-ENTRY, allowing you to just walk right in! There is plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a SPLASH PAD that your little ones will love!

For those wanting access to the lake, A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY! And since boats and trailers aren't allowed to be parked in the neighborhood, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood for you to make arrangements for storage.

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away.

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! The State Park and Long Creek Marina are each only 8-10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
