The Space:
From the moment you step inside, you'll be welcomed by vaulted ceilings and cozy COWBOY decor. Relax on the living room sofa and take in the STUNNING VIEW of TABLE ROCK LAKE through the 9-foot picture windows. The open living space is perfect for gathering around a card game or home cooked meal. And the fully stocked kitchen will delight the chef in your group!
For those who dislike stairs, the main level features 2 bedrooms - each with a King bed - and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite's bed is topped with 3 inches of memory foam for the ultimate in comfort. The attached bathroom includes a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is conveniently located near a full hall bath.
Venture upstairs to the loft, where you'll find a second living area complete with a LEGO table, 2 additional bedrooms, and another full bathroom. Bedroom 3 boasts vaulted ceilings, TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, and some COWBOY ATTIRE for your little adventurers to dress up and let their imaginations run wild. The hall bathroom on this level features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 has another king bed.
The basement is a treasure trove of fun! There's 2 more bedrooms (both with king beds), a hallway full bath, a third living area and game room that's sure to impress. Your kids will have a blast with air hockey, pinball, an old-school arcade game, foosball, and a pool table!
Outside, you can unwind in your own PRIVATE HOT TUB. Or make memories under the stars, roasting marshmallows over the FIRE PIT. Savor quality time together on the front porch rocking chairs, surrounded by fresh air and lake view. Or if you prefer sunshine, there's an uncovered patio and deck complete with a BBQ grill.
You’ll have 4 dedicated parking spaces right in front of the unit, with additional community overflow parking directly adjacent to the property.
Heading to Silver Dollar City? You're right off 265, which is the most beautiful scenic route to the park! Take in the gorgeous mountain and lake views along the way, arriving in ~20 minutes to the gates of USA Today's #1 Theme Park 2024!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! We also have TWO KAYAKS at the home you all will be able to use during your stay (after signing a waiver).
The Neighborhood:
Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just 50 yards away from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!
For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE DOWN THE STREET where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!
Getting Around:

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
