Serene location with huge open lawn space, plenty of parking, children's playground. VERY close to the Premier Sports Complex Soccer fields & Freedom Factory Motorsport Park/Raceway. Walk to grocery and restaurants, Shopping (Nancy's BBQ, Publix.) Area beaches about a 25 min drive. The perfect getaway location!

It was the perfect place to get away, and gave us time to regroup. Beautiful and centrally located. I will be recommending to anyone coming to stay in our area. Host is friendly and prompt! Very clear directions and descriptions matched very well!

Great location for soccer fields

This was a great location for the soccer fields for the tournament my kids were in. It was also clean, and everything looked very new. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit to this comfy studio. It's location is perfect as family is only a short drive away. Lots of ammenities close by. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple room at an affordable price.

My son had a soccer showcase at the Premier Sports Complex and this locaiton was perfect. Unit was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we have another showcase in Bradenton. Host was very kind and accommodating.

So clean and perfect location

We were in the area for my son's soccer tournament. The field was 5 minutes from the studio so the location was perfect. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Communication was clear and easy. The kids loved the playground and seeing the cows. Having food and groceries nearby was also a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this sports complex.

Clean as can be!

We can to Florida with our daughter and two grand daughters to see our oldest daughter in Lake Wood Ranch. We would be spending our days out and about our at her house around the corner. We were looking for someplace close and inexpensive...simply a place to lay our heads. Little did we know this place would be SO NICE. Well laid out and EXTREMELY CLEAN. Also a great location and very quiet. So convienent...we will be back!

Great location and super clean

I was in town for a conference at Bayside Church, and the location was perfect, about 5 minutes away, and close to so many restaurants and Publix. The room was very clean, the beds were also very comfy, and the large-screen TV was great. There was a small table with a few chairs but it would be great if there was a small chair or something instead of sitting on the bed. There was a nice little kitchenette, but make sure to bring your coffee cup and any utensils you might need. Overall, loved it and will definitely be back. The host also communicated quickly with all the information needed for a great stay.

Sparse at best

Needed a spare bedroom and this almost worked. Arrived in the dark to an unlit road entrance and an unlit building. Opened the door and was hit with a very strong smell of bleach. It lasted for three days, greeting us after returning at day’s end. Beds and shower are good, but the tub drains v-e-r-y slowly. There’s a TV, a small wooden table and three wooden chairs. A plastic “chest of drawers.” A few appliances, bowls and cups. But bring a spoon because there are no utensils. Likewise, there is no iron or board as advertised. Sparse lodging at best.

Beware!

We traveled to FL for a wedding and stayed at room 1. The location was good for us and the beds were very comfortable. It would help if there was another trash can as we had to use Publix bags once the trash can in the bathroom was full. There was only one hanger in the closet, so we purchased more and left them for others to use. The major complaint we have is that we became sick as the days went on. We thought it was due to the extreme bleach smell in the room and just figured the room was 'extra' clean, but at the end of our stay we found severe black mold on the toilet wall. I scrubbed it down, but the mold was slowly returning. We are confident that the cleaning crew sprayed a bunch of bleach on the wall which caused the extreme smell, but unfortunately we became sick because of the black mold. I was not even given a cleaning fee discount when I was on my hands and knees trying to combat the mold. Water under the bridge thankfully, but please make sure that the mold issue has been resolved ... and not simply with a band-aid applied.

My first vrbo

I wanted a vrbo close to my son's soccer tourney and this was advertised as next to a premiere sport complex...just not the right one. Ha, double check the address! I saw this vrbo next to a major sports complex at a nice price. I have to say I had the impression I was going to be staying in the middle of a swamp. The pics don't do this place justice. Maybe 4 fenced off acres. A residence at the far end. Vrbo at near end. Two older buildings off to the side. Hay field off to the left. Electrical business on the right. It mentions a lake but "decorative water feature" is more accurate. Easy walking distance to shopping, groceries, food in a very new area. Nice part of town. Didn’t see any riff raff. The vrbo is like 2 hotel rooms sharing a common wall and under 1 roof. Clean and modern. Huge TV. Very comfortable beds. Easy drive in and drive out. Great location. Only complaint is awfully small. Someone needs to install a better shower head-that’s it. I reserved my unit. Paid for it and 2 days before needing it I heard from the “people” on how to get in. I was OK with that but I read a review where not everyone felt that way. I’d easily stay here again!
