The house is comfortable, especially the couches and beds! The view and location are absolute perfection!! Would stay again. It would be nice to have a few beach towels and directions to the beach entrance. Also, maybe some water glasses.

Family wedding stay

Not enough hangers, poor lighting in bedroom and family room ( one tiny lamp!). Tv stopped working in bedroom. Garbage cans not easily accessible. Communication with owner was slow for responses. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water in showers, and nice views of ocean off deck. This is a very basic cottage.

Gorgeous view

The view was the star of the show for this house! We sat transfixed for most of our stay at the wide expanse of ocean, passing dolphins and beautiful sunsets. The home itself is a bit dated but it’s clean and the beds are comfy. Be aware the driveway is not concrete as shown in the photos. It was very muddy and under construction and our vehicles got extremely dirty from driving/parking there.

Wonderful property and fantastic view!

Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown.

Great view and great location. Would recommend.

The view was stunning and was not a very far walk from the beach. Be aware that you’re car may get dirty going down the dirt entrance.

Wonderful home with a spectacular view

This home is truly wonderful with the most breathtaking view. We were lucky enough to get to enjoy this home after our wedding with our family for a beautiful dinner and evening.

View was incredible. Outside under construction when we arrived. No address. Was over 1 hour to get any help. David did adjust price because of the construction. For the price of this rental, this house is in need of a lot of TLC. House was not completely clean and ready when we arrived. David had said he did not know we were arriving, yet he approved our stay. Very confusing.

Stunning

From the moment we checked in to checkout we were obsessed with the view. My now husband and I spent our time in this home before we tied the knot. It was everything we dreamt of and more. The view was the highlight of the stay. We look forward to staying here again. Hopefully for every anniversary

Great house by the ocean

Did a couples weekend trip to Santa Barbra. Great peaceful location with wonderful ocean view. Got to see dolphins going by every morning and a short 15min drive to downtowns. Great place for a relaxing weekend

Great location!

Great place! Needs a supervisor or someone to check to make sure everything is there and working properly. We were going to BBQ one night and unfortunately, there was no propane to BBQ with :(.

Disappointed

We have stayed in many different houses but this was the first time we did not receive a key code ahead of time. After the check in time, I emailed, called and texted the owner before finally receiving the key code. Usually there is a manual or paper with wifi password and general instructions but at this place there was nothing. So again I had to contact the owner and received odd instructions. Inside, the freezer didn’t make ice, the electric kettle didn’t work. The artwork in the master bedroom came crashing down, good thing no toes were injured. There is obvious lack of communication as a handyman showed up unannounced. He checked on some artwork hanging? Our last morning the wifi stopped working. There are many things that need to be worked on especially when you are charging so much for your location!

Amazing views and whale watching from the yard

Excellent get away to just relax and enjoy the ocean view. Pelicans flying by, whales and dolphins swimming by while we enjoyed our coffee on the porch.

Beautiful View & Perfect Location!

The host was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. The house is in a great location being oceanfront with easy assess to the beach. Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable and enjoyed a memorable time!

Family Holiday

Our family got to celebrate thanksgiving here! It was a beautiful & peaceful home. There was plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 kids. The star watching at night was delightful! We really enjoy the location. Grocery store was convenient to pick up last minute items. We all enjoyed it so much. We could look at the view all day long. The TV never got turned on. Wish we booked for longer! Look forward to coming back soon

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The photos were very accurate. Furnishing, linens, decor, etc are very nice. The outdoor firepit was so cozy! Our host, David, was responsive and easy to work with. Santa Barbara does not disappoint!

Amazing and relaxing place

Came here with my family and had a wonderful time. The ocean view is amazing and the drive to downtown santa barbara is only about 10 mins away. I’d recommend this place if you want a nice and peaceful getaway!
