Welcome to Rivergrass at Blue Mountain! Located on the award winning Monterra Golf Course, this beautiful unit is just a short walk to the Village. Explore and enjoy Blue Mountain, discover the Scenic Caves, 30km Georgian Trail, Scandinave Spa, beautiful beaches and blue waters of Georgian Bay, and of course Downtown Collingwood with its wonderful restaurants, historic buildings and quaint shops nearby.
Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The space
Walkout to the shaded patio for a BBQ while watching the great sunsets and golf, or head out the front door to the famous slopes of the Blue Mountain. A place for families, couples or friends to make memories!
Access the unit from ground level and kick off your boots in the upholstered nook in the foyer. Natural light filters through the leaves of trees that envelope this unit in privacy. Enjoy premium finishes and quality furnishings throughout, including stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, brick mantel and fireplace, vintage skis and tasteful décor. This unit is professionally managed, complete with stocked toiletries, fresh white bed linens, comforters, pillow cases and freshly cleaned towels folded at the bedside.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher for your convenience.
Dining & Living Rooms:
A table for 6 in the dining room provides plenty of space for your group to enjoy a meal. Relax and unwind on the big comfy sectional sofa while streaming your favourite shows. Warm up by the fireplace with good company after a day on the slopes.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with enclosed glass shower. The Second bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed, smart TV and bathroom across the hall, also with enclosed glass shower. There is an easy to use pull out sofa in the living room with converts to a Queen size bed.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access
For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
Other things to note
Note: There is on demand free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
