Ocean Front Condo en el paseo marítimo

Disfrute de hermosas vistas al mar, pasear por la playa y el paseo marítimo, nadar en el océano, probar la piscina, pruebe convenientemente ubicados los restaurantes y tiendas. Los tres niveles del condominio permite tranquilidad y privacidad sin dejar de tener la cómoda sala de estar y comedor para las actividades compartidas. ... y no he mencionado las compras ??

El condominio cuenta con dos balcones. Ver el sol estalló en el horizonte del Este frente a balcón! Ver el famoso oro, puestas en Ocean City vuelven a malva y violeta desde nuestro balcón viendo Oeste. Usted puede optar por salir o permanecer en el, hay mucho para disfrutar. Nuestro apartamento está situado en el centro de la ciudad conveniente con interesantes tiendas, el paseo marítimo y bayfishing y deportes acuáticos en las inmediaciones. No hay necesidad de luchar tráfico colapsado.

This condo is very convenient to the beach and restaurants on the boardwalk. The condo has a washer and dryer so you can wash clothes before you go back home which is great. The condo is family friendly and has a pool if you don’t want to get in the ocean. Liked sitting on the balcony as we like to people watch.

Beautiful view, clean and excellent

We stayed here for a long weekend in Oct 2024. Enjoyed morning sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and closeness to the boardwalk and pier during the day. Great location and exactly as described

Very nice, clean accomodations. Great location on the boardwalk. Loved the ocean front balcony! Did not use but was nice to see washer and dryer available. Would definitely stay again.

Meeting friends

My husband and I enjoyed this property. It is close to restaurants and things to do. We have rented this property for several years now to meet with our friends from West Virginia. It is convenient to everything.

Wonderful…

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location - oceanfront / boardwalk is great! The condo is charming… nice balcony off the living room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay. The kids loved their bedroom. We were very pleased with everything!

47th Anniversary

We decided a few days before our Anniversary that we wanted to get away. Having stayed here several times decided to see if it was available and it was. Contacted Sondra thru VRBO and she accepted our reservation and made arrangements for us to pickup the parking pass since there wasn’t enough time for her to mail it to us. The condo has always been clean when we arrive and is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

OC Vacation with friends

We come to Ocean City every year to spend time with our friends. We have stayed here several times because we want to be close to where our friends stay. We like that this condo is convenient to everything and is on the boardwalk. It is clean when we arrive and has all the necessary amenities. We like the fact that instead of keys to enter the condo the owner now gives you an electronic code to enter which is more convenient.

Excellent Location & Very Clean

Overall, very nice stay. Some nearby construction noise during the day...fortunately, weather was nice & we were on the beach. Owner very organized & responsive. Yes, we would not hesitate recommending to others or staying there again.

Short Trip to the Boardwalk

The pictures on VRBO do not do this condo justice. It is very nice, very clean, very spacious and perfectly located. We will be back multiple times to this condo I'm certain.

Great property in fabulous location!

My husband and I and our 2 children (2.5 years and 8 months old) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is very large and clean. The separation of the 2 bedrooms provided great privacy, and the view of the ocean and boardwalk from the main balcony provided lots of entertainment. The unit has been updated since the photos were taken and the beds were very comfortable. Sondra sent us a packet of very detailed information a few weeks prior to our stay, which was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sondra!

Very Nice

The condo was clean and comfortable. The high floor and oceanfront balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Oven worked well. Washer/dryer was very nice. Location was perfect right on the boardwalk. Only one elevator wasn’t the best and no ramp to bring luggage cart back and forth from car.

Home away from Home on the boardwalk

This is a really nice condo. It has been well maintained. It's a split level with a the twin/double bunk bead upstairs as you walk in and the king bed down stairs with a balcony overlooking the bayside. The living room has the balcony facing the ocean and boardwalk. I got to see the sunrise a couple of mornings xoxo. We felt comfortable and right at home. The owner does not provide linen, so be sure to bring or pick some up at Wal-mart on the way in. Highly recommend that you bookmark this listing and always check on its availability when planning a visit to Ocean City.

Great stay, great location

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk, we usually stay in other parts of town. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the inlet and close to two playgrounds great for kids. The condo was clean, the layout was funky in the best way possible and the views were beautiful!

Four friends, we had the best beach weekend ever. Sondra's unit was the best we ever visited in this condo. The unit was beyond our cleaning expectations. We loved the non-carpet flooring, and the big round dining table was perfect for game nights. Cannot wait for next year's girls trip.

This condo has been in our family since the late 1970's. Our parents purchased this in their retirement. It has been a place that the whole family has enjoyed for many years. We loved the convenience of the beach and Boardwalk when our children were young. Then as they grew older we still loved the location. Now that it time for our grandchildren, we love to see the joy all over again. My husband is a Charter Boat Captain and the convenience to fishing was also another plus. We have always been happy that our parents made such a wise purchase. This condo has given us many happy memories and we are still collecting them today.
