ABOUT THE HOUSE

Beamed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a modern space for effortless entertaining. The eye-catching living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and an extensive book collection.

Patio doors provide pleasant breezes, ample natural light, and views of the stunning pool and patio.

The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island prep area with sink, and a glass-top bar for two.

The appealing and open feel continues in the three bedrooms -- each with sliding doors to the outside. The master has a king-size bed and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large tiled shower, a unique glass wall, and direct access to the pool.

The second suite has a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lots of natural light, and access to the front patio with a bistro table for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and glass doors leading to the pool and patio.
