This unique property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood located just 2 miles north of Downtown Sarasota. Guests can walk to USF Sarasota and New College of Florida campuses, as well as the Powel Crosley Estate. 1 Mile to Sapphire Shores Park with Beautiful views of Sarasota Bay!



You will have private access the main house, and shared access to the HUGE patio space which can also comfortably accommodate guests from the other private guest suite on this property. There is also shared laundry access located in the garage.

After a day of sun and fun at one of the many nearby beaches, or of exploring all of the activity that downtown Sarasota has to offer, there's no better feeling than returning to this spacious vacation home.

Multiple bedrooms in this tropical getaway have a private bath and direct courtyard access.

A variety of comfortable and cozy seating areas ensure peace and tranquility for everyone in your group.

Fully-Loaded kitchen stocked with everything that you'll need to prepare delicious meals.

This resort-style vacation home has something for everyone!

Guests will get around best by car - the convenience of this location makes it easy to travel by Uber or Lyft when needed.

Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.

Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs Without Prior Approval Will Be Charged at $50/hr.

Perfect for what we needed!

So thankful to find this house in the location we needed. Very comfortable and super clean. It's a spacious home that is well decorated, upgraded and the backyard is picture perfect being a great place to relax. It had every amenity that would be needed in a stay away from home. What you see online is exactly what you get and even more. Mike the host is very responsive and made the process simple from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Convenient but not the best neighborhood

Overall, we had a good stay but we did have concerns when we first arrived. The neighborhood is kind of run down, but we didn't have any safety issues. The house was very clean and the owner/manager was quick to respond with our concerns. We were staying to move our daughter to USF and the location was very convenient. I think we could have walked if we wanted to, but didn't. Our youngest daughter loved the pool table and played during all her free time either by herself or pulling a parent in a game. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, but I did have to venture out to the garage to find kitchen towels. There were additional bath towels out there also. We always like it when everyone has their own bed & bath room, so that was a plus for us. On the negative side, we were not aware that the house is a duplex and another tenant shared the backyard patio. It was briefly mentioned in the description, but I completely missed it. My husband met him on the first night and he wasn't expecting us to be there either. No real issues with him, just unexpected.

Great house- some upkeep needed

The floor plan was great, house very clean; the neighborhood was a little run down and the garage had a very strong mildew smell- had to keep door closed. Back patio was great too, lots up room, but outdoor dining furniture was dirty and stained- needs replacement, and more lighting needed back there

Spacious home close to Longboat Key/Bradenton/St Armands Circle

We have family on Bird Key and love to visit the surrounding area. I visited with my two grown children and parents so this property allowed us to spread out, play games, cook together, and enjoy downtime of movies and reading. The outdoor water feature is really cool especially with how hot it is this time of year. The only reason i have one less star on location is because the home is definitely nicer than the area it is located in. Its never great to own the nest house in the immediate area, it brings down your own property, in my opinion. The room with the bunkbeds are more for younger children, not grown children, but we still made the most of our stay. The owner was very responsive and have clear expectations of their rental home. I'd book this home again.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Sarasota. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool table while we relaxed in the evening. The house was clean and the host was responsive and helpful. We will be back!

This home is the perfect jumping off point to explore Sarasota, from the beaches to downtown. Being in north Sarasota, it is also a short drive to Tampa/St. Pete.

The hardest part about staying at this home, is not wanting to leave the beautiful, spacious courtyard to explore all of the exciting places around you. There is so much space both inside and outside the home, it is easy to enjoy time with family and friends, or to find your own personal space to relax.
