Casa propiedad de 2 artistas con un interior contemporáneo clásico. Amueblado con muebles diseñados por el diseñador Alvin Lustig. Cocina abierta, sala de estar, áreas de comedor que conducen a una hermosa piscina con cascada. Es tan privado lo que usas o no usas en la piscina es tu opción. Ducha al aire libre también. Amplio dormitorio principal y baño y 2 baños adicionales remodelados para invitados. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y también es un estudio de arte con su propio jardín amurallado. 8 minutos de la playa de la siesta y 10-15 minutos de los restaurantes del centro de Sarasota. y la vida nocturna. Aparcamiento en la calle, mantenimiento de piscina y jardín incluido. Una tranquila zona residencial en una calle sin salida.

1) host forgot we rented it, no lock box, no response to get in for 2 hrs. Forced to rent a hotel after all day travel..a joke2) host finally responded next morning to get us in, told us no charge for the week. Great property and one of the reasons we chose Sarasota again for our holiday. A great size pool and well equipped kitchen. It really feels like a home away from home.

Great place to experience Sarasota!

We stayed here for almost 5 weeks. This property was perfect for what we were there for. The location was great and central to many activities and beaches. We loved the very private pool area, and the mid century vibe of the house. We were here when hurrican Milton came through. Bill, the owner and Larry the property manager were very informative. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Cool MCM house with pool

Bill’s MCM house was a fun place to stay for my family during spring break. We had plenty of room to spread out and also have together time in the stylish great room. The home contained lots of MCM furniture and décor throughout which was right up our alley. The patio, gardens, and pool area was a dream. We spent lots of time hanging out and sunning ourselves in the beautiful backyard. The only downside was the pool waterfall wasn’t in working order so we were unable to enjoy it during our stay. When we wanted a change of scenery we hit the beach which was a short drive away. We loved the quiet neighborhood and appreciated that the house was on a dead end street to maximize that vibe. With that said, we had so much to see and do all within a short drive. As for areas of opportunity, the beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but I admit I’m picky when it comes to these things. They were mostly fine, but a refresh would take this home to the next level. Also, I’m not a fan of wall to wall carpet which was in the main bedrooms, but again that’s my personal preference. I would still definitely recommend Bill’s place.

Brilliant - we loved it

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Very spacious and tastefully decorated we found everything we needed for our holiday. Great kitchen and pantry with lots of store cupboard basics to get you going. Comfy bedrooms and great showers! The property is very private and the pool and gadens were beautifully maintained. This was our first time in Sarasota and we found it very smart with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and stunning beaches. We found the prices of food etc expensive so would recommend trying Detwilers for fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish. Overall we absolutely loved the property and Sarasota in general. Also looking at a return visit in 2024. One point - for rainy days (there were a few in November) there are puzzles and games though be warned, one of the puzzles has a single piece missing. 😉

Honeymoon Hideaway

This property had everything we were desiring for our honeymoon. As avid mid century modern enthusiasts, we were overjoyed to find this listing, it did not disappoint. We had a minor snafu upon arrival/checking, but all was rectified. The worst part was having to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time around

This was our second stay at this property. It was just as lovely as the first time. Pool is fantastic! Really a great backyard too. It's a quick drive to the beach. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants. If you like to cook the kitchen is great too.

Exceptional property

We loved our stay here. The pool is lovely and the outdoor patio nearly perfect for a full pool day. The house is plenty roomy with lots of great specs to spread out or gather together. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommended

This was our third annual stay at this home, and all three have been excellent. The landscaping, art, and design add to the charming, comfortable feel of the home, making it a true retreat. As before, the property manager (Larry) warmly greeted us on arrival and ensured we had a great stay. We definitely hope to return again next year.

Sarasota doesn't need to be all about the beach...

Absolutely charming little house in a quiet neighborhood in South Sarasota. The house is bright, cheerful and has a lap pool in the well landscaped backyard. The best seafood restaurant / market, a Trader Joes and great empanadas are within easy walking distance. We're coming back.

Paradise in Sarasota

This wonderful property gives the feeling of being at your own private resort. It was so easy to enjoy the outdoors, what with the heated pool and surrounding patio with recliners. So nice to transition to the covered patio area with the dining table and comfy sofa style seating. The home is lovely and convenient with open style kitchen, and the design is great with two entryways leading directly to a shower for a quick rinse off after the pool. We can't wait to return!

Exceptional in every way

The house is beautiful and the art is amazing. The pool setting is gorgeous with tropical foliage that is just a delight to see. The property has lawns and vegetation that is like a mini-botanical garden. The house is equipped with everything one needs. It is quiet. Close to all attractions: downtown, multiple beaches within minutes. Larry, the manager, is responsive and a nice guy. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and this is the nicest we have experienced.

the house is part of the sarasota architectural heritage of modern homes. much of florida is a sort of faux mediterranean pastiche but this house has character and is casual and simple. it is also very private and the garden surrounding the pool is tranquil and lush.

on a quiet dead end street with little traffic but still very close even walkable to shopping restaurants and bikable to the beach.
