Our gorgeous cottage home is located in North Shore Chattanooga walking distance to the famous Walnut Street Walking bridge, Coolidge Park and Downtown! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people and boasts all new stylish modern decor throughout. The game room downstairs is equipped with an additional living rom space and shuffle board table! Experience Chattanooga in our lovely Olivers Landing home!

Favorite things about this home:
This home is a 10 minute walk away from Frazier Avenue and a 15 minute walk from Downtown Chattanooga! Frazier Avenue is right on the Tennessee River and has amazing restaurants, shopping and there are several grocery stores right down the street like Publix and Whole Foods. This property's location is incredible and it's the perfect place to stay while wanting to experience all that this beautiful river city has to offer! Our home was recently updated with brand new carpet upstairs, all new paint and all 3 bathrooms were completely updated as well. It will feel as though you are walking into a brand new home! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a brand new washer and dryer that you are more than welcome to use during your stay.

Family Friendly:
Oliver's landing is very family friendly! The home provides a booster seat, a baby gate, a pack n'play, a child size fold up bed upstairs in the master bedroom closet and multiple types of card and board games. Lastly, the spacious newly converted garage that is now a second living room downstairs has a shuffle board table and a sleeper sofa for one which is a great place for everyone in the family to enjoy!

Home Layout:
When entering the home through the front door you'll walk into the living room which has a large flat screen smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace with plenty of seating for everyone. Straight ahead is the open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal during your stay. Pots, pans, plate-ware, drink-ware, silverware, and some bakeware are all provided. Right off the dining area is a wonderful screened-in porch with outdoor seating. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! Across from the kitchen is the laundry area, a half bathroom and the entrance to the downstairs game room/second living room that has a shuffle board and a large sectional couch with a sleeper sofa. Head upstairs and you'll find the spacious master bedroom with a fully updated beautiful bathroom attached. Down the hall is another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft above it!

Things you need to know:
There is NO grill on this property.
There is no cable TV but all of the smart TVs have apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime movie, etc that you can use your own account to sign into.

Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
