Beautiful modern kitchen and living room with a spacious open feel. The living room and each bedroom has a TV that is connected to Netflix. We provide the basics so you can have a comfortable stay. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area and small enclosed yard. If you are a walker or runner, the Pinellas trail is just down the street. Not in a mood to cook? Head over to Latin Bowl for some good local food just a few blocks away.

Quick trip

This place was perfect for the three of us. As nice as the pictures. We ate out but could have easily cooked meals here.Everything labeled very clearly, host very responsive to my texts/emails Very close tour our favorite spot, Indian Rocks Beach!

Amazing Property!

We absolutely loved this unit. Perfecr for our family, and super convenient to everything. It was so wonderful we extended, with ease! Great communication with host. Definitely worth every penny and will be booking again!!

Cozy interior

Her husband was very kind and answered questions very quickly. During our stay, the air conditioner did not work properly when we arrived or the next day when the host found out she did have an AC company come out although it was late at night. The AC company found a leak but gave us a small solution for that night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Beautiful very clean small house.

This beautiful house is centrally located in the heart of Largo. Walking distance to grocery store, hardware store and a good Italian restaurant. We stayed two weeks. Easy drive to gulf beaches and good shopping areas. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Would recommend this property.

Great getaway in residential setting

This property in Largo, Fla. was in a small residential neighborhood, yet close to the various beaches on Gulf Blvd., as well as restaurants, some shopping, and 2 minutes away from Publix for groceries! The home itself was very nice, extremely clean, and roomy. Additionally, they provided beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella, which was a huge plus! Then, on the day it rained (so we shopped) we discovered conveniently by the door an umbrella which was much needed. Throw blankets were also provided, which scored points with us, especially because Netflix and other apps were available for when we were ready to relax after a day on the beach! Last, but not least, communication was excellent, which really can make or break a trip. We had great communication beforehand which is reassuring, and quick responses when I had a few questions during our stay. 5 stars.

A quick get away.

My sister and I were very close to our elderly aunt whom we visited. The house was lovely and suited us just fine. The drive to and fro was easy with very little traffic. We walked to the grocery store with ease. It was perfect for our 4 day visit.

A property and property manager communication!

Everything was excellent - clean, comfortable, notebook with details/information needed. Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and cooler on wheels were a pleasant bonus! Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice centrally located home

The house was nice and clean, it was in a good area. We loved that it was so close to the beach. The host responded to our messages quickly. We were a little worried when we got a very long list of rules and expectations. Some vrbo hosts like to micro manage, but that was not the case in the end. We were very happy with our stay.

Good location

I was working in the hot sauces festival, The location of the apartment is good, close to large supermarkets and shops. The apartment is very clean, small and cozy.

Vacation

The apartment is very lovingly furnished. There are even chairs and parasols for the beach. Toys are also available. Indian Rock Beach can be reached very quickly. If groceries are missing, there is a shopping center within walking distance. Everything is there to cater for yourself.

Baseball and Beaches

We needed a place that was clean and cozy with thoughtful touches to make our stay complete. We stayed for 3 nights to watch the Blue Jays play spring training games and explore the surrounding area, beaches and everything to offer. Location was perfect for Dunedin, Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach area. Having coffee (and everything you need to cook) for a quiet morning to start our day, not to mention the beach umbrellas and chairs made everything seamless. Thanks for being a great host.

Comfortable and kept.

We enjoyed our one night stay even though it wasn’t in the seemingly nicest neighborhood it was quiet and the parking was decent. There didn’t seem to be much of a yard but there was a table to sit at outside. I would stay again for a quick one night stay over. Inside was clean and decorated cute And the beds were comfortable. She had a keurig with some K-cups which was a nice touch.

We love the peaceful neighborhood and the proximity to all the beautiful beaches in the area. Almost anywhere we want to go is typically within 20 minutes away.

The ability to take a walk or exercise along the Pinellas Trail is a huge plus for us because our kiddos like to explore and are very active.
