Perfect location! This 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house with ski area views sits directly on Main Street and is steps from the gondola. The home is 3 levels with a rooftop hot tub on the master suite level, open main floor with stone fireplace and lower level with two guest bedrooms, second living room, wet-bar and laundry room. Private patio with gas grill. This house also has a 2 car heated garage, heated floors, gas grill, steam shower, large mud-room space, and master bedroom fireplace.
The Space
Built in 2010, this home with features mountain finishes, tons of amenities, perfect location and fantastic views of the ski area.
MAIN LEVEL:
• Full kitchen with a gas range, island, large pantry and everything needed to create a meals for family or groups.
• Living room with a smart flat screen TV, gas fireplace, comfortable couch, two chairs and amazing ski area views.
• Dining table with two benches.
• Half bath.
• Entry area with cubbies.
• Patio with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs.
• Heated 2 car garage.

• Directly on Main Street.
• 150 yards from the BreckConnect Gondola which accesses the base of peak 7 and 8.
• The Breckenridge Transfer Station is also located at the base of the gondola. Buses depart from this location heading to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Frisco.
• There is a cafe, rental shop and several amazing restaurants in the immediate area.
• This is a downtown location so traffic and occasional noise from nearby businesses may sometimes be heard.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
