Inside, the great room offers a large seating area and a 75-inch TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and includes all necessary cookware. Guests can gather around the poker table, large dining table, or make use of the ten bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, dinnerware, drinkware, wine and whiskey glasses, as well as plastic dinnerware for children. Don't worry about the coffee, Ace of Spades has both ground coffee and coffee pods with sugar, sweet and low, and powdered creamer. Essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, dish towels, and cleaning materials are provided for your convenience.

Unlike nearby management company properties, all bedrooms in this house come with linens on the beds upon arrival, pool towels in the great room and towels folded in each bathroom, ensuring a stress-free check-in. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Guests only need to bring their clothes and food, then simply relax and enjoy time with friends and family.

The property offers a variety of bedroom options to comfortably accommodate guests:
• Bedroom 1: This room is furnished with a king bed and a roll-away single bed, making it ideal for couples or small families. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a large walk-in shower, providing both convenience and luxury.

• Bedroom 3: Similar to Bedroom 2, this bedroom has a queen bed and queen bunk beds, as well as a connected bathroom, making it a great option for larger groups.
• Bedroom 4: This space includes a queen bunk bed and a twin bunk bed. Guests in this room share a full bathroom that features a tub/shower combination.
• Bedroom 5: Designed for group stays, this room contains two sets of twin bunk beds. It shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, ensuring ample amenities for all guests.

The fully fenced pool features gates that lock for safety, a spacious tanning shelf for relaxing in the sun, and a hot tub that can seat up to eight people. Locking the pool gates is simple—just push the top down and turn the key for security. Beyond the pool area, there is a firepit space with chairs, a charcoal grill, two picnic tables, and a dedicated game area for outdoor fun. String lights in the nearby trees create a warm ambiance in the evenings; they can be switched on by plugging them in at the back of the bunkhouse.
