Unit 1002 is located on the 10th floor of Grand Panama Beach Resort. Tower 1 is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast, giving you breath-taking, unobstructed views from the private balcony with balcony entrances from both the living room and master bedroom.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and a large umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use.
Where you'll sleep:
Master: King bed, balcony access, Oceanview, 40" smart tv; private bath with separate soaker tub and walk in shower, double vanity.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 32" smart tv, Ocean view, dresser, guest chair, en suite bath entrance.
Hall Bunks: 2 twin beds with a 3rd twin trundle.
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
All bedside tables have easy to access plugs and usb ports.

What's Provided:
Kitchen: All the basics needed to prepare full meals, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, kids' plates and sippy cups, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig duo, hand mixer and can opener. Starter dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, dishtowels, trash bags and hand soap. Full spice rack and salt/pepper.
Bathroom: All towels (except beach towels), starter shampoo/soap, makeup washcloths, hand soap.
Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, and the best pillows on the planet! Seriously, guests ask me for the link to purchase their own all the time!
Smart Tvs: All tvs include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+, and you can log in to any other channels you wish with your account.
Beachy stuff: 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, and large umbrella.
Other extras: Cozy throw blankets, pack 'n' play, high chair/booster seat.
Door code for access is provided 2 days before check in to the email provided during the reservation process. $55 resort fee is paid directly to the resort at check in which includes wristbands and parking pass for one vehicle. An additional parking pass is available for $35. Preregistration now available to save time at check in.

After living in 6 states, we're proud to finally call the Emerald Coast home and think it has the most beautiful beaches in the country. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset is our happy place and we are so grateful we get to share that with our guests!

We love Grand Panama and think it’s one of the best properties in the area. The owner’s association is always working to make sure our guests have the most amazing experience. Even in the busy season, the beach is rarely crowded so a seat next to the most beautiful beach in the country is always available! The full service tiki bar offers drinks, cocktails and lunch/dinner entrees. (Tiki bar is open seasonally.) Both the beachside pool and rooftop pools are heated seasonally. There's a lending library for your next beach read and a general store for whatever you left at home!
