Fabulous House!

This house was fabulous. It was more stunning in person than the pictures. Very spaccious and relaxingly beautiful. Everthing about this house and our vacation was perfect.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Loved our stay. House is stunning and we practically lived in the pool and hot tub. There was a slight issue with the refrigerator leaking, but it was manageable. Cristian was very accommodating and even extended our stay when our plans changed last minute. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday week.

House was beautiful and clean. 2 TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work but were replaced on the day before we left. Pool was cold, hot tub was nice but didn’t like the fact that we found out about extra charges if we went over 7.00 a day in utilities after we were checked in. I think this needs to be in the ad so people know there could be charges. Lots of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans if you need it. There was a bbq but we didn’t use it. Master bedroom with en-suite was huge and beautiful.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing house. Layout, interior, decoration ... everything is perfect. We didn't miss anything ... boys fished all day in the kayaks provided and we enjoyed the large pool which has sun ALL day. Publix is 5 miles away and the neighborhood is super quiet. We have been in Cape Coral five times now and never booked the same property - this one is an exception ... we would definitely come back!

Beautiful home but felt like we were nickeled & dimmed . Using electricity should be covered!!

Good experience but I would advise people to do their homework before renting from certain property management teams. I would not rent from this management team again.

Hello kewin , thank you for your review. I do not understand the issue, you have 50 kwh per week included and if you go over it you have to pay. If you use more than 50 kwh means you have lights or other things turned on whole day. We have solar heating for the pool , solar pannels for electicity wich are helping you to use less . We have put in place this rouling after first renters wich used elec as hell and basically they used more then the worth of there stay. Therfore we have calculated , what we use when we are there and came up with that number. I hopw you can understand why we had to put in place this roule. And if you want to compare with a hotel. For a suite of the size of the house with private pool and garage you would pay a lot more for the stay.

Nice house with everything you need!

Very nice property - outside space is beautiful. Has some of the best amenities we have seen at a VRBO including bikes, kayaks, cooler, ice packs etc etc! Very clean and everything digitally connected in the house. Only downside is you can’t have the pool and hot tub heater on at the same time, in colder months makes you have to choose whether you want one on or the other many hours in advance. Otherwise great property!!

Nice spacious home with good facilities

Really enjoyed staying here for a few days with the family. We didn't get to go on the river but there were a couple of Kayaks available as well as bikes. Pool was lovely, we grilled every day outdoors with the BBQ which was great and spare gas available in the garage. Good proximity to shops, only 5 mins down the road, nice quiet location which suited us perfectly. One thing to be aware of, we hadn't appreciated we needed to give a deposit when we turned up until we got a text informing us in the morning. so make sure you have cash or a check. That saying we got it back less a deduction for grill cleaning! All in all a great property, good location, very spacious and clean and would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking.

Relaxing Adult Trip

This house is beautiful! The pool area is the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Great location and neighborhood. Would recommend and hope to stay here again.
