The toilet in main bedroom ran constantly .The refrigerator was very dirty. The beds were good. There was lots of dust and dirt under the beds. The original post said all costs included.. no hidden fees. However, then the owner had additional charges for the pool and hot tub.

Awesome house!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable! The host was available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home

Property and neighborhood were very nice! however, we ran into a few issues. It wasn't ready at check-in time, the cleaner was still there. Floors were not cleaned we found pills next to the nightstand. If you want the hot tub to be hot it cost extra and even if you pay extra, the heat is turned off at night. Otherwise the yard and pool area were nice and the home is spacious.

Perfect home base for the week

This house worked great for our week-long stay exploring Tucson. The owner was helpful when we had an issue with the pool. The house was cozy and clean, and the location was great for us. We could walk to Safeway if we needed something. We paid to have the hot tub heated, and it did not disappoint. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Horse Trial at Pima County Fairgrounds

Great place! Was perfect for us because is was close to the fair grounds, not really in town but lots of convenient places and a quiet neighbor.

AZ Trail Running Trip

The house is very spacious and nice. Plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are all a good size. Sound really carries throughout the house. The office/day bed room walls don't go all of the way to the ceiling and everything can be heard from outside the room and inside the room. We didn't use the pool or the yard, but it all looks very nice.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

We spent a week at this home and it was a delight! It is comfortable, exceptionally clean, well appointed, and masterfully decorated. The pool and sauna are beautiful - we paid extra to have the hot tub heated and it was well worth it. The backyard is large and fully fenced. At first we feared that the location (Rita Ranch) would be too isolated. But it turned out to be a tremendous asset. We love to hike and the Saguaro National Park is barely 15 minutes away. It’s the most beautiful area we’ve seen anywhere in Arizona. And on the way back is a fantastic place to stop, Saguaro Restaurant and Bar! Also, Baggins Gourmet Sandwiches is close to the house for wonderful lunches. And it’s not too far at all from downtown Tucson and other area attractions. Mike and his wife were great hosts. They were very responsive to questions and when we had a small problem heating the hot tub at first, Mike came right over and got it going for us. The home is private and a great neighborhood trail is a block away. All in all, this home is one of the very best values we’ve ever vacationed in and we’ve used VRBO and Air B&B many times over the years, we look forward to returning in the future.

Worth it

Perfect for our family of five adults. Clean and spacious with a private back and side yard. Walking distance to food and shopping and a clean safe neighborhood.
