Pool has 2 heaters, and there is also a solar blanket with roller. Beautiful pavers lead to a large patio, which is perfect for the BBQ, new fire pit, and outside entertainment. The Cement Dock was just freshly painted. There are 2 new bikes for peaceful rides around the quiet neighborhood and 2 new kayaks to paddle around the canal.
