- Guests who book our property MUST agree all our pool and hot tub rules and policies as below:

1. Guests under 13 years old and disabilities guests are not allowed to use the pool and spa unsupervised.
2. Guest understands usage of swimming pool, hot tub and the swimming pool area is at Guest’s own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool, hot tub and swimming pool areas around the pool (concrete floors, etc.).
3. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool, swimming pool areas & hot tub and holds owner harmless.
4. Guest understands there are potential dangers the swimming pool, hot tub and swimming pool room may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, hot tub and the swimming pool area if a person has health risks or using while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant.
5. Guest agrees to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur.
6. Guest agrees to verify entry and exit doors to Pool Room is locked at all times. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that Guest will assume all responsibility for Guest and any others for the consequences of those risks.
7. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the swimming pool, hot tub and the swimming pool areas.
8. Guests shall hold owner harmless and agree to defend owner, including reimbursing reasonable attorneys' fees, for any claims by guests or invitees of guests
