Beautiful and Comfortable!

We come to Cape Coral a couple of weeks every year. This home was beautiful, comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. We definitely want to stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Getaway

This home was exactly as advertised, it was clean, beautiful and in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. Nadja was so easy to work with. There are several very good restaurants close as well as grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Home was inviting and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked-better than any vrbo we’ve rented. Area was good as there was a lot to do nearby. Loved the pool area with canal. Wish we would’ve stayed longer

Perfect Stay

We could not be happier with the property and management. Nadja was very responsive and immediately took care of us and any questions we had, all on a HOLIDAY weekend! The house was SPOTLESS and very Comfortable. We will be going back to stay again! Thank You Nadja!

Bug infestation, shrapnel around pool, harassment, etc.

1500 text limit forces me to keep this short: They charge an 11% tax on top of the utilities they also bill you for. A quick online search shows all area utility companies only charge 2.5-4%. When asked about this they said they'd get back to me (never did; Addressed this with VRBO as I believe it constitutes fraud; they're currently investigating.) Pool area had small chunks of metal and screws everywhere. We picked up two handfuls worth, but most was embedded in the grooves in the cement. No response from property mngmt despite them being there an hour earlier- until VRBO got involved. Sent pics to VRBO and host. Nadja apologized, offered to refund the first two days, and had a cleaning crew out the next day to clean it. Later that night we noticed about 30-40 small bugs inside in the hallway and entryway coming in under the door. Opened the front door to see HUNDREDS of bugs on the door/doorsill trying to get in. Found bug spray and killed most of them. Later that night found a cockroach (not palmetto bug) in the same entryway. Told Nadja, but she attempted to minimize the issue and assure us this was normal.Blamed it on the rain despite no rain for three days. For some reason she gave our email to a third party pest control co. who began harassing us for reasons unknown, sending emails starting off with,"I don't know where you're from, but in FL..." Sent pics to VRBO who agreed we should leave. Told Nadja we're leaving, continued to harass us til VRBO got involved...

Nivce House, great location

Fine house, location great. Really clean, except for the fridge, but Nadja (Property management) fixed and even got us a discount! House is really clean, well equiped (bikes, canoes etc) . Outside area is a bit older, but clean/fresh and 6 deckchairs and lots of towels! Too bad the cozy chairs (as in the pictures) weren't there. Overall we enjoyed the place and the great service!

Just perfect

House was roomy, well stocked from toilet paper, spices, to great cookware. Pool and hot tub were preheated for us. My only problem was my mobility problem made it difficult to get in and out of hot tub. No railing. Quiet location.. Would love to stay again.

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed for my family of 5. My oldest daughter is 18, and she not only had her own bedroom, but her own full bathroom as well. My 2 younger ones shared a bedroom and full bathroom. The master suite was tremendous, with a beautiful view of the pool and channel. The neighborhood was very quiet, and only twice during our 12 day stay did we see people across the channel. The pool and hot tub with lanai were great, and I loved the western exposure. We had sun all day, but there was plenty of space to get shade under the covered patio area which was great too. We ate every meal outside by the pool! Nadja was so nice and made the whole process very easy and immediately addressed the few minor issues we had. She even bought a keurig for the property because she saw that we had brought our own coffee pods from home (we are very particular about our coffee!) and she wanted us to be able to enjoy it. I thought that was very thoughtful! All in all, it was a great place to stay. Very clean and more than enough room for our family of 5. It was very well-stocked with kitchen and pantry items. Lots of towels! And the use of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler was great. Many good restaurants nearby. We liked the marina area with the shops and restaurants. Rumrunners was our favorite. The food was very good. Just note that it is about a 40/45 minute drive to the beaches of Sanibel. There really is no beach in Cape Coral. So you have to drive to Ft Meyers or Sanibel to get to the beach. We preferred Sanibel; it is much quieter and better for families than Ft. Meyers beaches. Highly recommend!

Super easy check In and we were able to check out later. I would definitely stay here again. A sister trip to reconnect after pandemic. So peaceful here. Love the view. We were close to shopping, eating, and beaches. Recommend the evening cruise at Marina.

Beautiful area

Really enjoyed this place. Loved being right on the water. Beautiful view of the canal and great afternoon sun by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was great with rental agency. Thanks.. we look forward to returning!

Great property

We had an excellent week here. The location is beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The house was well equipped and very nice. The dock and boat lift were very handy as we brought our boat down to use. I will say the dock boards need replaced as several were loose and almost tripped me into the canal several times. The property manager is extremely nice and helpful.

Great Spring Vacay Getaway

Cape Coral was a wonderful spot for a family Spring Vacation. We rented a boat which we kept on the hoist behind the home and visited Sanibel and Picnic Islands. The pool and home were perfect. Nadja was wonderful for checking on us and answering our questions. Great time had by all!!!
