Terrific owners who clearly take pride in offering a wonderful property. The property was generously stocked with household necessities and outdoor toys. Duane stayed in close contact to ensure all went well especially considering the storm that hit the Big Island during our stay. Fortunately, Kailua-Kona was spared the worst of hurricane Lala.As advertised, the location is excellent with the beach across the street and Kona just a few minutes away. Mahalo Duane & Cheri

What a perfect place to stay in Kona! We absolutely loved the location and the view! The best part other than enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai was having all the beach and snorkel gear there and loading it into the wagon for a very short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The view of Kahalu'u Bay from the deck is phenomenal. Life just doesn't get any better than when you are just a few steps from some of the best snorkeling on the whole island. The condo is spacious and has everything you could possibly think of needing. It was absolutely clean. The steps to the third floor will help burn the calories you are going to find at the amazing restaurants in town. We had one issue and the owners were immediately responsive. They treated us very well. It was paradise.

We all had an excellent stay and the view was just gorgeous. Everything we needed and more. The pool was great also. It was so nice being right across from snorkel beach. The snorkeling was amazing here, for real and we have been a lot of places. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Kona. Thank you again for being such great hosts!

Great spot for our vacation. The view is amazing and you’re so close to the beach. The snorkeling was fantastic. They have everything you need for your stay and beach time. Duane was very communicative and made sure our stay was great.

Amazing location! We walked to Kahalu’u and snorkeled/surfed. This was exactly as photographed and described. There were multiple boogie boards, chairs, a surf board, and a cooler. We cooked many meals - it was easy thanks to how well stocked the kitchen was! We also enjoyed the gorgeous pool area. Many thanks!

We had a fantastic time and wish we would have booked more days here. The hosts Duane and Cherie were so helpful and accomadating to our needs.We love that the kitchen was so well stocked, including spices and ziploc bags. The view was so beautiful and watching surfers was very entertaining. Our breakfast routine included watching dolphins and we even saw a late season whale spout. The condo was beautifully decorated and it felt like a home, so relaxing! Don't bother bringing snorkel gear or beach gear, its all there! The pool area and BBQ was lovely, sunsets are not to be missed!

We had a great time and Duane was a great and responsive host! Great views, so close to the bay and snorkeling and surfing! The parking spot was a little small for our big rental but worked!Would return and recommend this spot!

Great location on the island overall, and in relation to being away from yet close to downtown Kona; and my goodness, across the street from a great snorkeling and surfing spot, the 24/7 ocean view and of course the sunsets.Well-appointed condo including the kitchen with so many of the tools of modern living, and comfortable mattresses and climate control.

Excellent visit to the island

Had a fun birthday visit to the Big Island. Great place to stay with my family. All possible amenities were available when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay -- We Didn't Want to Leave!

We loved our stay at this property — the location was perfect and it had everything we needed for an incredible vacation. We especially appreciated all the beach gear provided, which made it so easy to snorkel at one of the best snorkeling beaches in Hawaii. And the view was incredible. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short! We can’t wait to come back.

We have been to every Island many times but we decided to buy here on the Big Island. We have enjoyed our place and try to visit as many times as possible. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

We love the beautiful location. Right across from the best Snorkel Beach at Kahaluu bay. We have a great view of the bay and the surfers. During the winter season we can see the whales breaching. We added a spotting scope to see them even better.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have snorkel gear and a surf board. All you have to do is walk across the street. We have beach chairs, towels and ice chest if you don't want to get in the warm tropical water.
