One step inside this beautifully restored 1915 home you will be taken back in time. Surviving the changes of the 20th century, the house has kept its integrity and remains unchanged to its original form with a hint of modern touches to keep you comfortable.
The downtown district is one block from the house and is notable for its absence of large commercial signage, corporate franchise restaurants or chain retail stores. The Pinellas Trail, a 37-mile-long bicycle and pedestrian trail that spans all of Pinellas County north to south.
The home is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding party housing or groups that wants to vacation together but still want complete privacy when you are in your own room. The main house Sleeps 10 + cottage sleeps 4. Option to rent without the use of the cottage, contact owner for details.

The Space
On the main level you will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, office, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 10 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
All of the 4 suites in the main house have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet. You also have access to the 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 out back with a private lanai and full kitchen.
Come experience the casual life of a gulf coast community just minutes from the number one rated beach in the United States. Whether you like fishing, dancing, boating, biking or just plain relaxing by the beach, we have it all.
