Under new ownership & locally hosted — same 5-star charm! This 4BR/4BA duplex sleeps 10 across 6 beds and has been freshly remodeled. Walk to downtown Dunedin’s breweries, shops, and marina, or drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Each side offers its own kitchen and living room, with a central interior door that opens to form one large home — perfect for families or groups seeking modern coastal comfort in the heart of Dunedin with private parking.

Welcome to Cozy Coastal Cottages of Dunedin, our freshly remodeled 4BR/4BA duplex just a short stroll from the heart of downtown. Sleeps 10! We’re longtime locals who live nearby, and we love sharing this special town with guests. Whether you’re here for the beaches, the breweries, or just a relaxing getaway, our home is designed to make you feel right at home — with plenty of space for families or groups.
*Need space for more than 10? The whole property (2 buildings total) can be reserved for up to 18!

Living Areas:
Two inviting living rooms with smart TVs and comfortable seating (each with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping).
Kitchens & Dining:
Two fully stocked kitchens with breakfast bar seating and everything you’ll need — from coffee makers to cookware and wine glasses.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed + smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: King bed + smart TV
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bathrooms:
Four full baths total — two with soaking tubs and two with tub/shower combos.
Laundry x 2:
Each side includes its own washer and dryer for added convenience.
Outdoor Spaces:
Two private patios for morning coffee or evening wine.
Parking x 4:
Tandem, private, secure parking available on-site for up to 4 vehicles and more on-street parking a short walk away.
Connected Layout:
A central interior door connects both cottages, allowing you to open the space into one large home while maintaining privacy when needed — perfect for families or groups traveling together.

We’re right on a main road for easy access, yet just a short walk to all the charm of downtown Dunedin — shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.
The rear entrances and courtyards are tucked back from the road, offering added privacy and a quick path for walking into town.
5 minute WALK to downtown Dunedin and 10 minutes to the TD Blue Jays Stadium!
15–20 min drive to Clearwater Beach & Caladesi Island Ferry
25–27 min from St. Pete–Clearwater Airport
40–45 min from Tampa Airport
Close to golf, parks, shopping, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium
🚪 Guests have 2 separate entrances if occasionally privacy is important. Full access to the entire 4BR/4BA duplex, including both kitchens, living rooms, patios, and laundry areas. Smart lock codes are provided before arrival for easy check-in.

This home has been a successful short-term rental for over 2 years under its previous management with consistent 5-star reviews. We’re excited to continue that tradition — now with a more personal, local touch.

Perfect setup for families or larger groups.
We respect your privacy but are always close if you need recommendations or run into anything during your stay. We love Dunedin and are happy to share our favorite local spots.

Traveling with an even larger group? We also offer two 1BR/1BA cottages (each sleeps 4) on the same property. When booked together, the full property can accommodate up to 18 guests — ideal for family gatherings, weddings, or group getaways.
*Construction* From December through April, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring property. Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Parking: Tandem parking is available on-site. Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. 🚗

Quiet hours after 9 PM in respect to neighbors and other guests.
No parties or large events unless approved in advance.
Smoking: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the units. Smoking is permitted on the private patio and in the shared courtyard, as long as it’s done respectfully and without disturbing other tenants.
🧹 Cleanliness
Please treat the home as you would your own — clean spills promptly and place trash in provided bins.
🚪 Security & Access
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
🪑 Shared Spaces
Courtyard and parking are shared; please be respectful and tidy.
Furniture must remain in the unit — no moving inside/outside.
🔧 Damage & Maintenance
Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Pets
We are a pet-friendly property but do not have a fenced yard. Dogs must be leashed and walked outdoors. Pets are not permitted on sofas; protective covers may be provided. Additional cleaning fees may apply if furniture requires excessive cleaning due to pet hair, odors, or accidents.
If an unregistered pet is brought onto the property, a pet fee will apply. Please ensure all pets are pre-approved and added to your booking.
