From sunrise to sunset, the lake views with peace and quiet are complemented by a brand-new home with every amenity. Sitting on 12 acres, our house is near Finger Lakes vineyards, Pine Creek Rail Trail, Wellsboro PA, Corning Glass Museum, multiple lakes, race tracks(both Motocross and Watkins Glen International), boating, hiking, and fishing. It's amazing how many different things you can do within a 1-minute to 50-minute drive from the house. Scenic, peaceful views all year round from the deck overlooking Lake Cowanesque is the cherry on top! You don't have to go anywhere! Quiet comfort in a brand-new house with central air, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV, Starlink 5G WiFi(Over 100 mb/s), and privacy! Blackout curtains and deer roaming the property. Great place to stay if you're looking for great views and some peaceful time away! The house was very cleand the sheets and blankets smell very fresh! We did use the washer and dryer on site to wash some of our clothes!

Overall great stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Recommendations: larger sign at driveway entrance, another chair for dining table, firepit, extra dish towel, dehumidifier for basement.

Great Little Rental

The property was very cute and had a nice view of Cowanesque Lake. Location is centrally located to visit Mansfield, PA; Wellsboro, PA; Corning, NY and the Finger Lakes (Lake Seneca and Keuka Lake are the closest). We would rent again and host is very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described in the listing. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The views were great. The access dirt road was a little challenging for our 2013 van but we made it. Parking for two vehicles was tight and backing up before going forward down the exit road was also challenging. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a quiet vacation.

The property is a perfect gem and so glad it was available for our stay. Easy to find, easy to access using the code provided from the owner, clean & comfortable beds, large showers and a beautiful lake view! What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend this property and we will be back again!!

Quiet and private

The stay was good overall. Some quirks to the place such as the temperature quite different between the two floors, beds and pillows could be more comfortable. The basement are quite damn during a rainstorm. But otherwise an enjoyable stay overall and the host Charlie was very nice and helpful!

Property is new, clean and well taken care of. Great place to stay in the fall. Kitchen is well equipped and the porch overlooking the lake is great.

Family Visit

We stayed here while we were visiting family in Addison, NY. The location is convenient, the view is amazing and the house is perfect.

The views are spectacular. I spent the first hour cleaning. We had to buy cleaning supplies. If you like spiders this is the place to be. It was not quite what was described. The owner sent the cleaner over while we had guests, by that point we had cleaned with the exception of the cobwebs and spiders. Alot of pet hair on the blankets, furniture and pillows. Very difficult to walk our schnoodle as the weeds were pretty high. You can walk down a driveway/circle but to enjoy the rest of the property was rough. Overall it could be a perfect vacation spot, but spiders and golden rod weren't my thing.
