Wife n i have stayed here half dozen times now with our dog. Property an house has been very clean. An always welcoming. Charles the property owner is very nice to talk to n very accommodating and helpful so you have a good stay.

Great Stay, as advertised. Clean, well provided, and easy check-in and out. Perfectly located for our needs and loved the location overlooking the lake, especially with the fall leaves. Would recommend and use again.

Charlie was an amazing host. Greeted us on our first full day. Property is wellMaintained and has a fantastic view. Everything you need is there. Only word of caution if you have small kids grab a baby gate cause the stairs are steep. Great stay!

Privacy and convenience

Overall the stay was good! Charlie the host was very responsive and helpful over messaging. The temperature between lower and upper floors can be quite noticeable. Bed and pillow comfort left something to be desired but worked overall. The kitchen and living space are small but functional! We didn’t have great weather so didn’t get the enjoy the outside and balcony space as much which I’m sure makes it seem larger.

The place fit our needs 100%. Very clean & welcoming. The only negative was not any blankets for the bed we did borrow some from friends, so that we didn't have to disrupt the other beds.

Wellsboro Dickens Christmas 2024

We had a very nice stay at this lovely cottage. Great view, comfortable, clean. Only 19 miles from town of Wellsboro. Had dinner at the Rusty Nut. Great food, ambiance and friendly staff. After the in town festivities took a drive out to Duncan Tavern for dinner. Great wings! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The view was nice as well. All in all, great stay and good fun! Thank you Charles for renting to us.

Nice rental! Deck overlooking the lake (across the street) and the surrounding mountains. Great place for stargazing! Convenient to both Wellsboro and Corning, NY.Quiet, clean and relaxing.

Country Retreat

Nice, new, and great views. Located just south of the PA NY border, close to Corning. Plenty of room up to 6 people, full kitchen and laundry.

This is my second time staying here. The place is always super clean and peaceful. We come in the fall to visit a friend and see the leaves change. There is a beautiful lake across the road that appears out of the morning mist. We are planning to come back in the summer to check that out. Highly recommend!

Nice house.

The house was clean and very nice. The views were incredible. The only negative was that we had to go buy laundry detergent and dish soap. I have never had to do that before in any of the VRBOs we have stayed at. Also I found the request to strip the beds unusual as usually the property owner does that or has someone do that when they clean.
