Enjoy this roomy 2045 sq.ft fully furnished basement located in Northeast Columbia, SC. The basement has a full kitchen, a humungous master bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable mattress and matching dresser and side table,work station and a TV. The second bed room has a full sized bed, night table, dresser and a work station. There are two separate full bathrooms for each room. The entire unit has centralized heating and cooling. Sandhills shopping mall is a stone’s throw and downtown/Fort Jackson is just 20 minutes’ drive from the luxe.

The open plan lounge has a comfortable sofa and a TV and a dining table.
Your inner chef will be delighted to cook in this brand-new kitchen range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. If you are not in a cooking mood, you can either order or dine in nearby restaurants like Chavelas, San Jose Mexican restaurant, China Wok or fast-food chains like Burger King, Dominos. Family Dollar, Food Lion, and IGA are all within 5 minutes’ drive.

There are two monitoring cameras on the basement driveway.Also, inside the living hall in the CPI unit , when the system is disarmed , it will take a photo of the user.

House rules :

1. Quiet hours 10 pm- 5 am
2. Strictly no smoking
3. Strictly no shoes inside the house. There is a shoe stand just behind the entrance door. Use home shoes if you need to.
4. Strictly no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
5. Empty the trashcans in the toilet and kitchen to the black dust bin in front of the main house before checking out.
6. Long term guests must dispose their food waste and toilets every day to maintain the hygiene of the home.
7. No parties and no visitors other than those booked.
8. Give the names of all the guests once booked and only those persons are allowed in the property.
9. Switch off the centralized air conditioner and lights when checking out.
10. Report any breakage of utensils, spills or mess .
11.There is a washing machine and dryer and there is a laundry fee of $20 for each time use.Use of machine will be notified to host phones.
12.Local guests will be asked to provide their government issued id and reason for stay.
13. Leave the house as impeccable and spotless as you see. We understand as hosts we need to wash towels, bedding and general maintenance of the house which includes wiping bedroom set (bed, dresser, side table)door knobs, blinds, fridge handles, dining tables, lounge suit, coffee table , fridge, toilet and bath. Have some courtesy to clean after yourself like washing your own dishes , makeup mess, spilling in the fridge , mess in the bathroom , dining table and all other things you use. Before you leave, ask yourself, would you clean such a mess for such a meagre cleaning fee! We have left disposable towels. Use them to remove heavy makeup. We may charge extra cleaning fee if you leave the home too messy.
