This lower-level condo is the ideal home base for an exciting getaway for small families, couples, and solo travelers alike. The beachfront location on Lake Michigan allows you to admire the sparkling turquoise waters of the lake and enjoy them from a whole different point of view. Take in memorable views from the furnished deck, equipped with a convenient table. The living area invites you to relax in front of the fireplace - turn on the TV and get ready for an entertaining evening at home! The galley-style kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and snacks for the group. The main bedroom has another TV with cable. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Condo - great location!

We planned a long weekend in Glen Arbor to ski and go snow shoeing, but unfortunately I broke my foot so couldn't do any of those things! Vacasa was really great to work with throughout the process and seemed genuinely caring about my situation. We still stayed in the condo which is really well appointed and you can tell it's been updated and decorated well. LOVED the location within steps of Lake Michigan and just minutes to downtown Glen Arbor. Highly recommend!

Glen Arbor Condo.

The condo was clean, with nice fixtures and furnishings. The location was excellent. The view of the lake is beautiful. The factors that resulted in a 4 rather than a 5 were the lack of signage for finding the unit, the dim lighting outside of the entry door that made it difficult to see the box on the doorknob with the key in it, the lack of clear directions for finding where to leave the trash, the fact that were not informed that there would be construction taking place in the neighboring Vacasa unit (we could hear hammering and power tools), and the challenges the heat pump had in keeping the unit warm.

The condo has a great view. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have some supplies provided as we were there for a long weekend. We would stay here again.

Love love love

This unit is stunning. The remodel incorporated new updates from granite countertops, overhead lighting, beautiful flooring, double sinks in the bathroom, reading lights in the bedroom, and best of all…. Air conditioning…The owner thought of everything including a bench at the door, hooks for towels and jackets, and table and chairs on the deck. The view of Lake Michigan is over the top gorgeous. It may be 30 steps to the beach.

We loved the view of Lake Michigan, its close proximity to Glen Arbor and the wood burning fireplace. The bed was comfy and the condo was clean.

Beautiful place with a great view

I love this place! It has an amazing view. The condo is recently updated, great kitchen and bathroom. It's not the first time we have rented this place, always had a good stay. However, painters were there during our stay. Extremely noisy with little privacy. They were scraping and painting the deck that we love to sit on to enjoy the water view. Other workmen trying to get in while we were still there. Definitely, not worth the money to stay there this time around. We will be back, but hopefully without all the workmen joining our vacation. Some notice would have been appreciated.

Beautiful view and beautiful condo

Only downside was cleaner who arrived at 9:40 and said to my husband as he was packing car, “oh you are still here. We were doing our quick rounds, but I will start somewhere else.” Checkout was at 10:00 which is when we checked out on the link you sent us several hours earlier this morning. Do we get a deduction on the fees if we check out earlier?
