Great for a large family vacay! home sleeps up to 12 guests and has everything you will need to enjoy your relaxing getaway. Bask under the Arizona sun in the pool, relax in the hot tub, roast smores around the fire pit, or whip up a tasty meal on the barbeque. This is a vacationer's paradise. Being close to Downtown Gilbert, there are plenty of activities, eateries, and shopping for all ages.

This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom 2,800 sqft home sleeps up to 12 guests and has everything you will need to enjoy your relaxing getaway. Enjoy making family dinners in the beautiful kitchen. Sit around the table and play board games together for some downtime. There are two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one on the main level and one on the second story. A pack n play is available if needed.

Bask under the Arizona sun, play Fish Out of Water, or slide into the pool (which can be heated). Put the kids to bed and have a relaxing night under the stars in the hot tub. In the evening you can roast smores with the family around the fire pit. Want to stay outdoors? Whip up a tasty meal on the barbeque then sit back and relax around the table to enjoy your meal together. The garage is available to use along with two spots for parking in the driveway. Street Parking is allowed. There are two parks at either end of the street.

This home is a vacationers paradise. Come play and stay in our stunning home. Being close to Downtown Gilbert, there are plenty of activities, eateries, and shopping for all ages.

The host was great, very accommodating. We ended up getting to town earlier than we had planned and she willingly let us check in early. We ranged from the ages of 1 to 67 and the property was great for all ages. Plenty of space for the kids to play and adults to have card games. Also, plenty of towels and kitchen dishes. Great property!

The home is beautiful! We were disappointed in the condition but of the pool and hot tub - both unusable due to dirt and lack of maintenance. Several minor issues that come from wear over time. If not for these issues, the home would be a perfect 10! The care taker, Jamie, was outstanding! Very responsive and helpful.

No communication

Our whole family stayed at this property. My kiddos are 7 months, 2 years and 4 years old. The property was clean but there was a board with screws just laying inside the property and then we found a scorpion in the home and it ended up stinging my dad. We attempted to contact the property manager and absolutely no response. The exposed wood with screws and absolute lack of communication in my opinion is absolutely unacceptable

Wonderful stay

Was out for a wedding, and everything was just perfect. Hosts were prompt with their Communications, house was impeccable, and the backyard amazing.

Gilbert Retreat

The home was lovely, the beds were comfy and the shower water was hot. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the games at night and appreciated the full kitchen. It was easy to get to nearby restaurants. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely come here again.

Perfect for a large family getaway!

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children (3-9) LOVED this home! Very clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The property manager, Rowena, was fantastic with excellent response time on any questions we had. We enjoyed the heated pool, grill and hot tub every day! The home was so clean and well kept. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Amazing floorplan!

This house had a great floorplan! It allowed everybody to visit and be together, but also gave us separate areas to do different things! The backyard was amazing, and so relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with so many useful items! The only thing I would say needed to be fixed is the sixth bedroom does not have a bed and it was quite difficult to sleep on that HARD pullout futon. We had to get a blowup mattress for them to sleep on the floor. Other than that, I would definitely rent this house again for our family!

Family for Wedding

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived. The home was perfect for our family of all ages. My husband and I got up and had our coffee in the hot tub. We asked for the pool to be heated (for small daily fee) and it was the perfect temp for our grandchildren to swim like fish all day. Pool slide, Swimmies, pool and lawn toys available in yard box to keep them occupied were a plus. The inside was well stocked to make meals when we were there. Plenty of room for each of our children and their families. Easy access to Gilbert. It was a wonderful stay ❤️

Worst VRBO Stay Ever

I've stayed at dozens of VRBOs over the last 10+ yrs. This was the worst experience I've had. Pool Heat: Many VRBOs include pool heat in the nightly price. Many do not. When it isn't included they state how much it is. This VRBO listing didn't mention any additional fee for the pool heat. When we got to the house we were told we needed to tell them 4 days before we arrived we needed pool heat and that there was a charge. I screen shot almost the entire VRBO listing and the one email I received explaining those details were never stated. I was asked if I wanted pool heat or not. What? Two days later I went to the listing and they completely changed the listing to cover all I said wasn't listed. Incredible. I was charged $350. Shower: When we got to the house we couldn't use one of the showers because the shower curtain was falling off the wall making the shower unusable. We got a note saying "use shower at your own risk". They said they would fix it the next day. It was day 4 before it was fixed. Grill: One of our first nights we wanted to use the grill. The propane tanks were empty. I asked if we could we get new propane. We were told we needed to buy the propane ourselves and that they would Venmo us. Also there wasn't a lighter - they asked us to pick up one of those too. What? That was 45 min of my trip used to fix what they should have done before we arrived. Once we got the lighter and propane I realized that the grill is almost useless. Couldn't even get one side to light at all because the knobs are missing. Leak: There was a massive leak coming from the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. I sent them a pic and was told it would be fixed ASAP. It was never fixed. We just had to use a towel to stay on top of all the water on the floor. Crazy. Owner: half way through the trip my mother and father came down 4 hrs to visit us. They have 2 hypoallergenic dogs. My son and I are super allergic to dogs so we mainly just stayed outside with them - going on hikes, etc. During dinner they came into the house for a moment. I got a text minutes later asking if I had a dog. I said I did. I looked at the listing and saw if there were pets there would be a fine. Totally my fault. I owned it. My parents left and I apologized and said I'll pay whatever fee needs to be charged (according to the listing). The owner said told us we needed to leave. I had my 4 little kids and I begged to stay and again apologized. We got kicked out without any refund.

Nice house in a good Gilbert neighborhood.

House is laid out well for our group with three bedrooms on each floor. Master is very large and smaller bedrooms were fine for the children. Downstairs bedroom with private bathroom was a plus. We requested the pool be heated but it was not and no one was available to repair it. Fireplace did not appear to work nor did the ceiling fan in master but no one came to address either. Overall nice property that would have been even better if property management would have been more responsive.
