Thank you for your feedback, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. We take safety and cleanliness very seriously, and I want to sincerely apologize for the board with screws being left behind — that should not have happened and has since been addressed with our maintenance team. Regarding the scorpion incident, we understand how unsettling that must have been, especially with young children and family present. Please know that we have a professional pest control service that sprays the property routinely, as part of our effort to prevent these rare occurrences. However, due to the natural surroundings, it’s possible for pests to occasionally make their way inside despite our efforts. I also want to apologize for any lack of communication. That is not typical of our standard and we’re actively reviewing what went wrong so we can ensure a better response moving forward. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing this feedback — it helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Thanks for your feedback, we will look into your concerns and get them taken care of. Thanks for letting us know. We are glad out home accommodated you and your family. Please come back and give us another try.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and provide me with feedback for your stay. I take the comfort and experience of my guests very seriously, and I am so sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Our homeowner does not allow dogs in the house, please be respectful of our home and our rules. The pool can be heated and we asked to be notified 4 days prior so it is ready upon your arrival. I'm truly sorry for your experience, you were truly unhappy from the beginning of your stay with us.

Thank you for the rating! We’re glad you had a great stay and would love to host you again in the future!
