This La Quinta retreat sits inside the PGA West Signature community - a single-level home where mornings are slow, afternoons are poolside, and evenings end around the fire pit under wide open skies. Whether you`re here to disconnect or explore everything the Coachella Valley has to offer, the setting makes it easy to do both.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. The primary suite features a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, plus direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 includes two full beds and a TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower and tub. A crib and standalone high chair are always at the listing, and pack-n-plays can be requested.

Living space
The main living area is built for gathering - an oversized lounge-style couch, additional seating, and a large TV for movie nights or game days. Ethernet connection, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace keep you connected. The home is single level with no stairs, so moving between spaces is effortless.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with a large center island flows openly into the dining and living areas. You`ll find everything needed to cook and entertain - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a drip coffee maker with coffee provided. The dining table seats the group for shared meals, and barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill take your cooking options outside.

Outdoor living
The backyard is where this home truly comes alive. Step through the glass doors to find a private pool, private hot tub, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. An optional safety pool fence is available upon request. Pool heating is available for $50 per day (only needed October through May - summer months the pool holds naturally between 85-95 degrees). Hot tub heat is complimentary year-round, available 24 hours. A patio and backyard area round out the outdoor space.

Amenities & extras
The home is stocked with essentials - bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, iron, and bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. In-unit washer and free dryer handle laundry with ease. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. A ping pong table adds a fun indoor option, and a shared gym is available within the community. Free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger are all included.

Location
Set within PGA West Signature in La Quinta, the home sits just across from The Stadium Course and less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Palm Desert, and Palm Springs are all within easy reach. Guests enjoy a private entrance and self check-in via keypad.

Good to know
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge - just ask and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Entry is keyless via a unique code issued before your arrival, which changes with every reservation. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. One Bluetooth portable speaker is provided - you`re welcome to bring your own as well.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
